I dared to have an opposing opinion during a discussion among Trump supporters and here are a few things that were directed at me.

I am a liar, cheat, thief, abortion supporter, pedo, weak and need to get right with GOD. Plus I was called a dude without supporting evidence.lol  I was told to quit trying to censor their speech.  One supporter wants to sit out at democrat houses and left the conversation at watch for their wives to leave.

Honestly this part of the republican party and Trump supporters is disturbing.  This is what we are use to from the left.  If this becomes the loudest voice republicans are headed to self destruction.

After a stolen election and a hurried impeachment by a Dem controlled Congress with no supporting evidence from actual riot participants.......who may be the same people responsible for last summers burning and looting of cities, I think people are speaking sheerly from anger.

Ok I get it.  I am not allowed an opinion or be concerned by the behavior of some Trump supporters.  But I will never support stalking people of any party with the intent to do harm, I don't care how angry or frustrated you are.  

Both sides have thier fair share of asshats ignore them. When you can hide behind a computer screen it amazes me how stupid pepole can be. For the time being we still have free speech hold on to your beliefs and stand your ground.

DD no one should make personal accusations against you.  However in todays world it seems as though americans cant discuss politics without making personal accusations because they only text and have no real conversation abilities. 

With that said.... I truly believe that a brilliant business man was a great leader for this country.  That policy that believes there is more than two genders is wrong.  And that when 51% of the working country is paying to support the 49% getting benifits we are in deep trouble.  I believe that journalisim is no longer non biased and has used that power to persude american beliefs. 

Im sure those beliefs will gain me some hurtful names also.....

Actually these people were not anonymous.  We use our real names. I expect even as a Trump supporter I will now be harrassed by Trump supporters for condemning their violence.  Oh well better than being a hypocrite I suppose.

The  SOME in the title is sort of missed on the whole topic of the post. 

That being said, I agree with JB.   There are quite a few bloody idiots (in my finest Sean Connery voice) running around this country.  Some have decided that meeting violence with violence is the answer.  Our president has condemned those folks.    MOST (vs some) of us don't have the heart for violence and want no part of any of it.   I personally hope that those people are arrested just like I hope that the violent rioters in large cities are locked up.  However, it appears that the powers that be are working on arresting one group and not the others.  That is where I take offense. 

For the sake of discussion, and I will admit I am Trump Supporter, where is this violence you are referencing?

If you are talking about the capitol fiasco,lets be clear,the dems had their groups that they pay to do this type of stuff there.I personally say ITS TIME TO GIVE THEM BACK SOME OF WHAT THEY GIVE OUT.

Just the fact that capitol stuff was blamed on Trump supporters mostly.   Which I know those folks aren't really Trump supporters. 

Plus there are a few who'd like to start a movement/Civil War to quiet down the liberals. 

The research bears out that the participants in The Capitial Blgd Riot were NOT Trump Supporters.

Didn't say that.  Just that there's a measure of anger in the air that if you want to broach on the subject you have to be ready to deal with.  

I am not. I am talking about a discussion among Trump supporters that were supporting actions that would further harm the republican party.  If you support giving it back in the same terms it gets dished out it is your right as it is my right to not support it.  I will not call you names or turn on you viciously as a Trump supporter for doing so.

The bottom line. . . YES.... there are extremists on BOTH sides of the aisle.  What happened in the Capitol building last week was awful. No excuse. It was wrong. 

There is a lot of frustration and emotions in our country right now -- and people want the law equally applied, which it is not. 

Then WHY are all the reported arrests been listed as Antifa Supporters?
