| I spent 4 hours driving about 100 miles yesterday to three different TSC's and gathered all of 4 bags of Renew Gold!! Wondering if this is a Renew Gold issue or a Tractor Supply issue?? I can't spend this kind of time and fuel every two weeks for feed so I'm needing to know if I should find another supplier of RG, or if I need to find another feed. |

| Sounds like a good ol.TSC issue... I have 3 in my area. 1 will almost always be out of what I go for... then I need to drive to.the other which is notorious for not having the freshest kept feeds. Do you not have an actual feed store nearby or somewhat nearby, less than what you drove yesterday, that carries RG? My feedstore is generally a few $ higher than tsc but they have fresh stock. I get so frustrated with tsc at time. |

That I know of, which I researched just over a year ago when I switched to RG, I can't find anything reasonably close. Tho after yesterday I'd go for one longer drive per month to guarantee a pick up!! With the area that I live in I can be on the road an hour just driving 10-15 miles!! I will re-research if there is any feed store around that carries RG. |

| If you go to TSC website you can order your TG online and pick up at your store when it arrives, should be free shipping since your store carries it. But if you order something that is NOT normally shipped to your store, holy moly the shipping fees are above ridiculous! You might check into that option. |

Location: CTX | Like GLP said, go online at TSC. You can get RG with a subscription. Set your amount and order daye and it should be shipped to your store. I set up an automatic order last week, so will have to see how it works, but you get emails and can skip or postpone an order without issues. |

That's a great idea! I forgot about that. |

| Cranky and GLP -- I have tried that but shipping always gets added! I may be missing something when moving through the process and will try one more time. I do NOT want to have to find an alternative!! RG has perfectly finished out many years of experimentation of what goes best with the western alfalfa that I use for main feed!! |

You can't see it but I did click on the subscription for every 1 month. It still added in shipping, and says ship to store is not available for RG. This is the same result that I have gotten before with TSC online.

I would just talk to the TSC manger in person thats closest to you and see if maybe they will help you out with getting the feed. A few times they were out on a certain something I needed and the manger was really helpful and told me to place a order with them and they would make sure I got what I needed, did that and worked a few times untill the manager quit, the new manager was a pain to work with so I stoped buying that item from them, "( |

Wow, that is weird. I show that it is available for free curbside pickup.... I would go talk to the manager like STPG said. You should be able to order it on will-call. Unfortunately every store is as good or bad as their manager/ employees are that work there. ETA, maybe you need to become a neighbor's club member to get that?

Location: Iowa | I have really been pleased with my TSC auto shipment. I get two bags of Renew Gold auto shipped every month. It gives me 5% off the subscriptions and free shipping since the two bags are over $50. Hopefully you can get yours set up! |

| Your best bet would try to get in good with the manager or one of the employees at tsc that will hold back a few bags for you each shipment. I got in good with the warehouse guy and he puts back some turkey starter crumble for me every other Sunday... thats when they get their trucks in.. you might want to see about that. Maybe if you show up first thing Monday mornings you will have better luck ?? They were always out of the starter I needed for my goslings .. I asked the guy in the back and he said tsc gets their trucks in every Sunday but he would put up a few bags for me because that feed goes quick! |

| After talking to three locations yesterday I am understanding that they aren't getting in but 1-2 bags per week, no matter who orders. I am not the only one at any of these stores needing RG and not getting it? I have messaged Win also but hoping for any other info on this issue. BUT, I will go to the only really friendly store of the three next week and have a chat with manager or assistant manager, whoever is there when I go. If I have to go to extreme costs to ship in I will probably just order in western timothy again and go without bucket feed. No one is on any supplements so they don't NEED something in a bucket! |

Yeah I was told that to by 3 local TSC stores. WHEN I could get anyone to answer the phone and look and see. I was able to walk in the storeroom of 1 of them later that day and they had 15 BAGS SITTING ON A PALLET....... So I would take what they say with a grain of salt. Another local store had the same amount sitting in the back after I called and they told me they were completely out. Incompetant idiots are running the stores here in north Texas. If I could get RG anywhere else and not have to pay out the nose for shipping, I would in a heartbeat. |

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | I just wanted to say, its not a Renew Gold's issue, Its a Tractor Supply issue. Our Tractor Supply Company here in Seguin is poorly ran. I would rather go to the one in New Braunfels. |

We went thru Seguin several months ago not sure if it was yours or not but they seemed like pretty nice folks....didn't know very much when I was looking for some electrolytes. But I have to say the Walmart next door was one the friendliest Walmarts I had ever been to! The employees and the other customers... everyone was super nice and smiling lol! |

Yikes, I did not know that they did that. I have already told them in an email how they rip people off on shipping. I wanted to have them ship teff pellets but holy moly the shipping was like $40.00! I told them that was ridiculous. Thanks for the info! |

The Wal-Mart across 123 down the road a bit behind Wendy's? If so yes the people that work there are really nice at that Wal-Mart, Seguin is really a friendly town. At TSC its hard to keep the good ones there that like to work, alot of times they get really good employee's and when you get use to them and get to know them by name then they are gone, TSC dont pay the good ones enought to keep them around for long. Seems like the Managers change out about every 6 months. And now with Bidens help you cant get anybody that wants to work, they rather sit at home and get that check from the Government, now that Greg Abbott is changing the rules people will start working again, I hope |

Location: Duvall, WA | My TSC was always short on RG, I started getting it at whatever feed store I was at, and have not had a problem. It was about a month ago it was in short supply. So hopefully it will get better where you are. |

Location: Willows, CA | I can assure you that this is not a Renew Gold issue. Off of the top of my head, I would guess that there is close to10,000 bags of Renew Gold in the main warehouse for national delivery. That inventory turns over fresh every month. TSC can have all that they want, and we will gladly make all that they order. As you might imagine, this is a huge frustration for us. Most TSC stores simply do not inventory enough. This is mostly related to how much space they have in the back storage area for all the products that they carry in the store. We are pushing all the time for TSC to stock more in the back room, but it is a battle. Doing the online order from TSC does work well, and there is no freight charge. Independent stores may charge more, but still provide great feeding value compared to conventional feeds when you add up the cost per horse per month. Between TSC and independent stores Renew Gold should be available. You might ask your local feed store for a deal if you preorder your needs every month. That way they know that they have a guaranteed sale, and you have guaranteed product availability. |
