My young horse was being young and now has a splint. I have been using Numotizine but the vet said I'm wasting my time. The splint is hard. Is there anything I can use to make it go down or away?!

If its cold and hard, nothing you can do. As long as its not near a joint, they are haremless. The bone is actually stronger with the splint then without. " If" you cosmetically need it fixed, a vet told ne once you can shave it down with a surgery but why.
