I had to put my 11 yr old mini Aussie on a thyroid pill. It has made her skin dry and itchy, is there anything I can give her to help? I found out here thyroid was off when her coat wasn't growing back after we had the groomer clip her off last summer

If she's able to have coconut oil, try giving her some. Most dogs will lick it off the spoon. Or try feeding her ground flax. When my dog gets her itchy summer allergy sometimes just conditioning her coat instead of shampooing it helps. I leave it on for a few minutes. Might try that too

I give my dogs some Healthy coat on their dry dog food. They love it!  Also you might try some probiotic. If their digestive tract is out of whack that will help alot too.

I spilled Camelina oil in the dirt and my dogs ate the dirt to get it, so maybe that would be an option.  Also, Biostar has canine supplements, I have had great luck with every product I have ordered from them, they may have something that would help your pupper.
