The thing that caught my eye is the saddle pad, its to long. Other wise cute horse. 

if you really want a confirnation critique you need a good side shot with horse standing square from both sides, a butt shot and front end. The halter covers the face and hangs down to low. But your horse is really cute

Yea, I know the pad is a bit to long.  My daughter threw it on him to see how it fit.  I ordered one from 5 star that's shorter, as far as the halter.  Once again the kiddo threw it on him (it fits her QH and she didn't want to grab this guy's rope halter)

But I'll try and get some other photos that show his angles better.  I was just curious because the trainer that's working with him said he's got a super short back and neck.

How old his he?  short back, short neck, not long in the croupe. Is he rough to ride?

That's what I was seeing--what Live2Run said. Short neck, short back, short croup. Not a big gaskin? Don't go by me though, lol. I'd like to see some better pictures. He's pretty.
