Tell me anything and anything about IAD. Where are the best places to research? What are you doing for horses that have it? Talking white gunk in the lungs that's not clearing. 

Try and reduce dust as much as you can . Get yourself a flexineb nebulizer. The cheaper ones are a waste of money. Silver horse care sells a solution of silver and eucalyptus . Works amazing for mine! When you compete you can nebulize albuterol about 30 min out . 

My Silver Horse Care mask and compressor has seen a good deal of use and has held up very well. 

Anyone use Aservo? Lasix when you run? How often do you nebulize?

If you haven't done a BAL, i would do it before anything else. It will give you a baseline and a lot of useful information. 

If you can eliminate or reduce  allergens like dust, wetting your hay, no round bales, no slow feed nets, etc it will help. 

Aservo has done a great job for horses with IAD. 

MVP Airway Eq is also helpful for reducing allergy symptoms. 

Hi Liana, we did do a BAL, endoscopy and cytology... I'm not very technical but the results were neutraphyllis, lymphocytes marrophages, and kerschmanns spirals
