What are your favorite lick tubs for added minerals and nutrients in the winter? I am currently feeding Vitalix but I feel like there is just so much molasses.

Equilix by sweetpro do not contain molasses.  Not going to say it's my favorite but it they are alright. I can't ever seem to get the size I want without the added garlic.  Garlic doesn't even seem to help with anything and it just smells weird to me in the barn. I also really liked the zesterra in the winter. But same thing, I haven't been able to buy the size I want without garlic added.

Redmond loose salt. Its great. I get it on amazon. We put it in their feed. My horses love it and it keeps them drinking. I prefer the loose because that way I know they are getting it

Lick tubs are the most expensive way to get protein.

I tried the lick tubs and they had molasses everywhere!
