Location: dead end road | I just talked to the realtor and she said things looked good on the house, but they hadn't gotten the contract back yet. She said she didn't think there was going to be a problem with anything. We have to know something by 6pm today, so please keep your fingers crossed it all works out and I will get back with you as soon as I know something. |

| How exciting.Let us know.I'll say a prayer that all works out.I know the feeling.I was on pins & needles when we bought our ranch.The sellers really didn't want to sell & went back & forth with the whole sale.We bought straight from them.But 14 years later I can say it was all worth the grey hair.Just wish our area wasn't getting so 'eee |

Location: dead end road | Thanks so much, I have not slept the past 2 nights because I have been so anxious to know something. This lady is in a bind and needs to sell, but we didn't offer her the full price but the realtor said that she didn't seem to have a problem with the price and she thought everything would go through ok. I will let you know as soon as I know something. |

| Just got done riding & my horse is drying so I thought I'd check to see if you have heard anything.I agree with the others.If it doesn't happen,it wasn't meant to be & trust me,something better will come along.It happened to us before we found our ranch. |
