Location: Riding Crackhead. | Andy I have a question about Fallons runs. She seems to go a stride past the 1st and 2nd - how do you fix that and what's causing it? I was thinking that's a lot of extra time down the tubes. |

Location: 31 lengths farms | I know you didn't ask me, but what I think I see with BabyFlo is that she runs a much different type pattern, she seems to me to almost cock her nose to the outside of the turn . If that is really what I'm seeing I would think you'd almost have to ride by on purpose a stride or so for the snap back that it creates when she comes around... |

| At a race on Nov 30th Pozzi ran 2 tenths faster on Fly Guy versus Free to Flame and also placed in the 1-D on Tommy Twist. Talk bout some nice horses.

Belinda Bell from Winnemucca, NV., is a well known western artist. They are Cruel Jeans and Belinda oil painted 10 pair for Fallon. Fallon was born in Fallon, NV.

Good observation!
I do remember that.
My brother and sister in law just saw Fallon run BabyFlo on a standard pattern in Winnemucca, NV and said it was one of the nicest combination of horse and rider they had seen in a long time. |

Location: Ava, Missouri | Now, it might just be me, but a lot of the girls that start from farther back in the alley seem to always go past their first barrel too much and get hung up on the backside. I think that some of them are trying to push them and get the speed, without getting enough rate out of them at their first barrel. Just an observation, did anyone else notice this or just me; or am I just overthinking it lol? |

If you watch videos of Fallon on other horses, this is actually the sort of turn that she puts on all of them. BabyFlo's style just makes it a bit more pronounced. I don't actually know that there is anything to "fix" about it. It just seems to be Fallon's preferred way of running one. |

Shada- This team just needs to get that third barrel figured out. This was definitely a better third barrel than Round 5, but it still cost them a bunch. If the draw reins didn't come out in practice, they still should. If they have, I would sure love to see Shada kick in the afterburners and make that sucker RUN to the third. He may not turn it pretty, but right now, he's hanging up something bad. On another note, I wish the cameras had panned away from Trevor last night.
This also made me cringe.
Great critique as always! Especially liked how you mentioned the part about how aggressively Taylor is riding Bo with her core. This is something I have never considered quite in those terms and could definitely apply to my own riding. |

Having grown up riding free runners and having now acquired a bunch of really setty, push style, rollback turning horses, I very quickly learned to note and appreciate someone who can do it as well as Taylor does.
Edited because dadgum spellcheck always turns setty into settee. Nope, it's a horse who sits on it's hocks too darn soon, not a cute, diminutive piece of furniture! lol

BabyFlo was indeed voted the AQHA/WPRA Barrel Horse of the year. Stingray was voted the Horse with the most heart, I believe. |

| I was def impressed with Brittanys run and she sat very square as Andy pointed out which I feel got her throughout the week.
Obviously Taylor and Bo had a phenominal run!! Just love that horses style and his slide into that first gives me goosebumps! |
