He just really wants a girlfriend. His last girlfriend of 3 years had a bunch of problems with her health and turned into a royal PITA and Biatch.
His profile label is something about a redneck. He's country, but not anything near what I would call redneck. He's semi-retired, has a chemistry degree, and works part time for the company he's worked for 40 years,doing their chemical compounds. He works because he enjoys it, not because he needs the $$.
His main horse business was weanlings. He went to QH congress with a few of them and did fairly well.
I just think he's crazy wanting a girlfriend at his age. If I was his age and single I'd lay around in my PJs and do whatever the heck I wanted! He wants someone to care for...He's not one of those guys that needs a keeper! If I told you how I read this I might offend someone and I don't really want to do that.....seems like a nice guy. I hope he finds a decent lady to spend time with. If she says 45 there's going to be hell to pay lol.

I have no idea about a will, I'm sure there is one. Yes there are benficiaries, and he claims the junk is fully functioning. His ex claimed it did too, before they split up.
