I'm confused, unless I missed something. Why does Jon Snow need ships to go North of the Wall? To go pick up the remainding wildings on the other side. Mostly women an children. I'm pretty sure that part was in the books. But so much is different, it's hard for me to follow the books in my mind anymore. I'm ready for Daneyeres to ride Drogon already though. GRRRRR. This season is moving slower than a pot smoking turtle. I know there is a lot of information and a lot to build up to, but it seems like NOTHING is actually happening, it's all talk about what would/could/should happen and we all know that never works out. I know it's only half way through the season, but it's almost like they're going to save everything for the finale. Is Tyrion and Jorah going to be on this quest for the entire rest of the season? Jon has to go get the wildlings, how many episodes is that going to take? I feel like we're behind on Arya, she should already be going by 'Nim'. Stannis marching on Winterfell, Sansa about to marry Ramsey, Little finger will be lucky to escape Kings Landing with his hide, I wonder if Melisandra is going to try to sacrifice the princess? Dany hasn't riden her dragon, not to mention the total cluster that is currently Kings Landing. It's currently 'The Cersei Lannister' show. Then you got Jaime and Bron on the other side of the world....in a not good situation. I'm ready to pull my hair out!!! Can you tell I'm getting impatient? I want some action man!!! That's what I'm thinking, how in the world are they going to get everything in in just 5 more episodes? Never thought that I would say, GOT almost bored me with the last episode. I love Tyrion seeing the dragon and Dany feeding hers. But she gonna marry who? What!!!
ha ha.. thats not gonna happen. I KNOW whats happening there. I'm eager to see it. bet it'll be the second to next episode though -sigh |

WOW is right. I had to turn it off for the last 3-5 mins. That was awful... I cant wait to watch him painfully die. Her face said she's still got her wolf teeth, and shes going to rip out his throat. I think 'reek' is gonna help too. At some point.. he's going to be broken to the point fear for his own life wont affect him any longer, and revenge will consume him. |

I find it very frustrating, as I am a HUGE fan of the books. What is Sansa doing with Ramsey? Um, why is Cersei not going through anything uncomfortable? Why are Jamie and Bron in Dorne? Just generally WTF is happening? lol |

Location: Do I hear Banjos? | I really don't like what they are doing with the storyline in King's Landing. In the books Loras is a small character part and while it's alluded to that he and Renly were more than friends...it was subtle and it was a small facet of Loras's character. He was a skilled and accomplished knight...and much more interesting in the books. Now...with this nutty religious persecution of him and the flamboyant homosexual relationships that are about all the screen time he gets these days...to me it makes him small and so one faceted as a character.
And then there's the fact that Lancel should be persecuting Cercei since after all...He has First Hand knowledge of her sins. I don't know...it just smacks of poor writing and pandering. It's just so much less nuanced and less interesting.
Some things have and will necessarily deviate from the books...and that can be a good thing...But I'm just not impressed with their creative decisions. The Sand Snakes are a farce and a disappointment as well. |

And they are even f'ing that up. Where is Mans's son? Why is nobody on a boat bound for Old Town? Like, come on HBO - get your act together. |

Im wondering if thats only because if they deviate from Jons plot they have no way to eventually wrap up the cold ones storyline (forget what they refer to them as. ) |

hmm. I would rent the first couple of seasons. But maybe try HULU if you have hi speed internet? I think the HBO website will let you 'rent' them and watch the newest episodes for free. |
