First your ticked at the rich and want the government to fix it and the next your proclaiming to be a patriot who wants to protecty yourself from the government. Here's a thought take responsibility for your LIFE. Instead of looking around at what you think everyone else has and being bitter about it, what are you doing for yourself? If you're buying into ANYTHING Hillary is selling about holding the super rich accountable your delusional. #1 they DONATE to her campaign. Do you really think she's going to bite the hand that feeds her? #2 SHE'S RICH, how much does she pay? You really think she's going to shoot herself in the foot? I could go on and on. My advice. Yes. Take some history lessons. A lessons in regards to everytime and everything The Government has touched in realationship to interfering with the free market economy has been successful. Case in point; Seattle raises the minimum to $15 and within 24 months, local businesses start laying off and increasing prices due to GOVERNMENT interference in Private Industry.
Yes, please take some history lessons, for they are direly needed! |

It should be a matter of pride, but that seems to have gone by the wayside. I can see why someone would fight hard for a minimum wage, when they don't know the difference between "their, they're, and there". |

In the first place the minimum wage has never kept up with inflation. If it had kept up with inflation based on the 1968 rate it would be more like 10.40 per hour not 18.00. History it's a good thing isn't it.

Honestly, we think Chelsea handled this really well. She was respectful in asking Ivanka to back up her claims without backing down on her convictions, and she did it without turning the issue into a personal attack against Ivanka.
This was all I could find, please let me be called out by Chelsea someday she is awful.
Jake16 I am honestly not picking on you at all I just wanted to see, you did say True Story!!!!! You also told everyone the other day that the convention hall was empty before Bill Clinton spoke. I wondered why since you were at work but I can tell you it wasn't at all. I watched both conventions from 8 pm till they went off. You may be confused because they did all leave after Trump's wife spoke. The news people were freaking out talking about how rude it was, I personally think it was past their bed times.
Go ahead and attack away this thread needed some activity, I must go get something done. So go ahead and call me a hit and run. I will just give you something to talk about, I can't believe in 4 days this is all the activity it has had, mostly just hate filled. I'm shocked at the things said by people who don't even watch. I believe in listening to both before I decide, seems to be a real problem with both sides in the land of the free. Still shocked we don't have better choices and no I'm not a Bernie fan.

Ivanka should look like a super model compared to Chelsea she was bred to be, and when his dam got old he dumped her for a newer model, family values with a gag order 2x. Sorry I will have reading over my morning coffee tomorrow and I was bored. One more and I swear I have to work how does he get away without showing his taxes? He had a fit when Mitt Romney wouldn't release his and forced him to do it. I can't respect him for that I believe he is hiding something. Flame suit zipped and going to the barn.
His taxes are being audited. Not allowed. Big to-do about nothing.

I have been reading this board for 10 years and what I have read amazes me. I have a question for you all if you don’t mind. How come during the Bush years one was never allowed to call him names or make fun of his goofs? You all said it was because he was the President and we had to respect the man in office. I see for the last 7.5 years that has not been true, care to explain?
My opinion is if you vote you have a right to speak whatever you wish good or bad so I don’t care. Just wondering why the double standard. If you run for office you must have a thick skin goes with the territory.
On spelling and punctuation I’m old and when I type sometimes my brain over run my fingers. Think of it as those little posts on face book that only smart people can read, I think most get the meaning. You people running off bad spelling and grammar may be running off some of the best horse talent ever. Again I’m old and I know spelling and grammar isn’t their strong suit.
One final note Bush put my 401K in the trash at least Obama has got it back and more, I also appreciate it when I fill up my gas & diesel tank. We are also in the construction business it’s going great around here. If you were getting rich off high priced oil I can see why you hate him. Sorry

Our insurance is through the roof and the small construction company I work at offers insurance and pays 75% of it and still it is too high for our laborers to buy. THAT didn't happen until Obama and his health care was forced on us. My mom wants to go to a different doctor but can't because they won't accept her because she is on Medicare, even if she pays out of pocket, they won't accept because they can't -- they are a naturopathic doctor. My daughter in Colorado can't take the very patients that need her kind of chiropractic technique because Medicare tells her how to treat them - crack and rack style. She feels because of their age, her techniques are much safer for the older crowd, but since Medicare does not agree, she can't treat them without jeopardizing her license. You can pay on your own for regular western medicine, but if you want to try alternative methods, Medicare won't let you. I sure hope Trump wins and does what he says and gets rid of Obama's medical insurance BS. It's hurting more than helping in my little world! |

One thing Bush did do, however, was open up more offshore drilling.
Also, Obamas stated goal was for higher gas prices, not lower. Gas prices have fallen in spite of Obama, not because of him.
Now if you want to talk about Obama's signature accomplishment, ObamaCare, we can go there. Ask people how that has helped their bottom line. |

It doesn't matter what the situation is, someone will always benefit from it. Shoot around here all these people were losing their houses due to layoffs etc.. the real estate Lawyers were making bank off those same peopel trying to save their homes! |
