Location: Bastrop, Texas | Obama could issue a full and free pardon of Hillary that would include anything she's done or any potential allegations that may arise over past activity up until the time that the pardon is issued. Of course, that would be looked upon by many as a tacit admission that she may well be guilty of RICO crimes, bribery, and quid-pro-quo/pay-for-play activities.
It would be smart if Trump remained vague as to whether or not his DOJ will continue to investigate Hillary and the foundation.

| If he parlays not going after her in to getting something significant for the American people then I could live with it. I'd didn't say that I LIKED it( I have already said that I hate politics) but I could live with it. Face it, he has not only the Democratic opposition to deal with but also a good chunk of the Republican Party as well. They can still hamstring his efforts. Dig in your heels too far and you are liable to get your arms yanked off.
My hope is that he works The Art of The Deal for the benefit of our Country and all of it's people.

Oh I SO LOVE YOU RIGHT NOW AS I HAD TO DO THE SAME!!!!! And while I was in the process of doing everything the RIGHT WAY (which it takes quite a while) my dad died and I was not able to leave the country! So yes, I am ALSO VERY FRUSTRATED with this entitlement attitude that some of the illegals have. They give us all a bad name!!!!
Also, and this is just my opinion, when you move to a foreign country you embrace the culture, the language, the customs (not saying that you cannot keep your own, as in my house we a very bicultural) but come on!!! when you go to a friends house, do you abide by their rules or do you impose yours??? (again, just my opinion)
I am with you all the way

Hugs to you!! That must have been devastating. But you made it! So be proud! Yes, I agree 100%, if you move to a new country you have to adjust and integrate to the country you move to and adjust to their customs. Of course you can keep some of your old customs. That will always be a part of you, but you absolutely need to learn the language and embrace the culture of your new home. No try to adjust the new country to your culture!

I am from Spain. I moved here to go to school and well...life happened... met a boy, married him (divorced him 20 yrs later) , and well... here I am now!!!
I have always been a horse crazy person, always!!! and even though I was born down town Madrid I am a big "country girl". Horses have always been my passion since I can remember! Five years ago I married the most wonderful man and what I would call a true cowboy (he ranches for a living). He introduced me to barrel racing and boy oh boy... did I get hooked!!! Madly HOOKED!. A year after we met I went from being a Dressage queen to a barrel racer CRAZY and loving every minute of it!
I love USA, (I love Spain too but USA is my home and it has been for most of my life!!!) and when USA hurts like now, we all Americans hurt. I pray everyday that things calm down and we can all pull together, like we always did! I am a true believer that united we WILL ONCE AGAIN stand!

I am like you, born in the city (not as big as Madrid, but still all concrete...) Started riding when I was 9. And it was all English. Of course dressage, but I prefered jumping. And when I moved to Tx I didn't ride for a while, but once it's in your blood you can't keep away, so I found a place to ride and was introduced to barrel racing, and I was hooked. What a rush!!
STPG, I moved here in April 2005, so I have been here 11 years now. Been here on vacation (Canada and Wa State in 1993, and then again Wa State in 2002) and always dreamed of living in the US. I was not able to afford a horse in the Netherlands, and now I have 3 of them in the backyard! Yes ma'am, I am living the dream!!

Fact is the popular vote and e.c. split this election.  Had it gone the other way I doubt seriously it would have been any less  frustrating to your side.

I seriously doubt you would have seen riots across America. Â
Not only that, but this whole b!tching about the popular vote is an act of desperation. Both campaigns played for the EC vote, NOT the popular vote. If the presidency was determined by the popular vote, then they would have campaigned differently, and Trump would have kicked Hillary's ass that way as well. Hillary's popularity was topped out in both California and NY, for example. If Trump wanted to, he could have spent a couple days in each state and I bet he easily would have shaved off 500,000 votes. My point is the Trump campaign played the game based on the EC votes, and so did the Clinton campaign. This whole "popular vote winner" is lame.
In baseball, the team with the highest team batting average or lowest team ERA isn't necessarily the World Champion in a given year. The team who wins 4 games in the WS is the World Champion.
Same thing with the POTUS. Trump won. It cannot be contested.

In baseball, the team with the highest team batting average or lowest team ERA isn't necessarily the World Champion in a given year. The team who wins 4 games in the WS is the World Champion. Same thing with the POTUS. Trump won. It cannot be contested.
All very good points. Additionally, if our country were a pure democracy, the popular vote would mean everything. Monarchy rule by majority..... But we're not. We are a constitutional republic with sovereign states able to distribute their electoral votes as they see fit.
I find it extremely entertaining that before the election, all the talk was on how the electoral college now heavily favors democrats. It was even predicted that Trump would win the popular vote while Hillary won the electoral college by a landslide. I just love irony.

Obama could issue a full and free pardon of Hillary that would include anything she's done or any potential allegations that may arise over past activity up until the time that the pardon is issued.
My understanding is O can't pardon her unless she's charged/indicted. Is that not true? I would say wait until T is in office and then charge her so she can't be pardoned. I could give a flip about the people who voted for her being butthurt. SHE needs to be in jail or worse.

Fact is the popular vote and e.c. split this election.  Had it gone the other way I doubt seriously it would have been any less  frustrating to your side.

I seriously doubt you would have seen riots across America.

If you take away the 3 million votes by dead people and illegal voters, Trump would have won the popular vote as well. They didn't cheat enough to win. It must suck to be them.

I've read that he can pardon her for anything she may have done up to the time of the pardon. I've also heard judge Napalitano say this as well, I believe. When Ford pardoned Richard Nixon, he was pardoned for any crimes related to the Watergate scandal, regardless of whether or not charges had been contemplated.
