Location: MN | Here is my update finally.
I now know the power of prayer. The doctors can only do so much. They said that there was no hope and that I needed to decide how my dad would like to live, so my family and I had made our decision. Then I got sick with the flu and didn't make it to the hospital one day. That is the day that he decided to wake up and return to us. He seems to know what is going on and where he is. He can't really talk because of the trac (sp), but he does know me. He is not moving to much, but just smiles at me. I will take whatever I can get. So I am still here in SC, missing home, but really liking the weather. Thank you to everyone who prayed, will still have a long road ahead, but it's a road. Thanks again. |

Sara, so glad to hear this. I don't know if you saw it or not, but I had started a thread for your dad and MM after I got your email. Take care. and we will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers. |

Location: lost in barrelracing land somewhere | sorry guys for not posting i couldnt seem to log on i tryed for 2 days now....I LOST MY FATHER THE 16TH AFTER A 2 WEEK STAY AT THE HOSPITAL WE BROUGHT HIM HOME ON TUESDAY AND WE LOST HIM ON FRIDAY THE DR TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE 3 TO 5 DAYS WITH HIM WE GOT 3...HE IS IN HEAVEN WITH JESUS NOW I KNOW THAT WITH ALL MY HEART BUT IT STILL HURTS SO BAD...TY ALL FOR THE PRAYERS...DEBORAH  |

The cycle of life can be straining
on our emotions & personal lives.
Nobody knows exactly how you feel
when someone you "love" becomes
sick.....when we loose them it's
especially hard.
But take comfort in knowing that a
"better place" awaits those who believe
in the Lord.
Several of us here have felt those
same emotions a time or two, and it's
not easy, however lean on the "Father"
his shoulders are broad enough to lighten
your sorrow and can "enlighten" to see
the glory of the cycle of life.
May our Prayers comfort your grief,
heal your ill & console your woes till
the day we meet at heavens gates.

I just want to request some prayers for my mom and dad.. it is drier n' DRY out west... they even lost 2 calves in one day due to a .. get THIS.. a DUST storm.. YEAH.. they couldn't see a thing. They are seriously thinking of selling out.. and that's the only thing that keeps them alive and sane is the cattle. So if you could.. spend one little moment and pray for them and for RAIN all over our great country. Thank you so much.. |

| PLEASE pray for a family in my church, the Robinsons, their 3 year old little girl lost her fight with cancer on Friday and they just had a new baby so its been really hard for them... and there are two little girls (the oldest is 4 and the youngest 3)at my church and they played with her all the time, well they were learning in Sunday school that Jesus rose from the dead and they asked my friend Jami when Caitlin was coming back to play with them... they just don't understand so pray for them too...

| I want everyone to pray for my best friend Brianna and her dad and twin sister (who is also my bf). Tonight there mom announced that she didnt care about them anymore and she's leavin in the morning. She said alot more but I dont want to post it on here out of respect for there privacy. They need God lookin over them right now and they can use all the prayers in the world. Just please pray for them. (The Whetstone family).
