And then they do drive-bys making fart noises just to rile us up some more because the madder we get the harder they laugh. That's a problem? Just locker room survival 101. It's all in how you
handle bathroom humor. Some are better at scooping the poop than others. Been to a Hog game yet?
Team looks good. Not yet, but my husband listens
to all of them. Will probably make one later in the spring
when it's more likely to be warm up in them thar hills.
Vols are 14-1. You're lucky you don't have to face us this year.
Oh, boo! Y'all are the lucky ones. Don't be hatin just because no one looks good wearing orange. LMAO! That's exactly what my wife says. How's it feel to agree with a freaking yankee?
Chokegasp. Noooooooooo!
Funny story, I had a great grandma who was a big time Yankee hater. She always said her dad was from Louisiana....my mom started researching family history and found out he was born in Ohio. I bet ol mamaw Lilly was spinning in her grave. |

I'm pretty sure he said something like that. I never see him or his wife on the boards any more. I was just wondering where he went? I'm assuming DD2012 or RWR or whatever he was going by last got zapped........again. And Loveheart, dont forget Loveheart was another that RWR went by for a tiny while. Nope. LOVEHEART was RWR's hilarious son! He was little RWR! No one made me laugh more than that guy. Yeaaa sure it was his son,,, It was lol. His son is just as cool, but a little more sarcastic. We all thought it was RWR, but it wasn't lol. He comes on Fallout Shelter every once in a while now. I wish he did more because he always makes me laugh.
I can certainly understand how RWR could be insulting..... If you're a half-whit. |

You aint a kidding there buddy. Â Got tickets for a Cubs game in June already. Â Wrigley has been on my bucket list. Â I figure a sizzling rare filet at Ruth's Chris will be in order as well. Â I will probably be down in Texas often enough over the next year that you and I are going to take in a Ranger's game too. Â March is always such a painfully slow month.
Ruth's Chris is pretty good. You best hit up the original Cheesecake Factory and get a Lou Malnatais deep dish pizza while you are here.
McCormick and Shmicks is also great. Daily menus are printed there.
If you really want to go high end, I can ask my boss for recommendations. He is our ped's genetic specialist, but his son was a decently big time chef and is now in an administrative role for Let Us Entertain You.

I did say at least. My memory is faulty. Of course, if you use the definition of what is a man I've seen on FB lately, that might weed out a few roaches: Ladies, if your man doesn't hunt and fish or is scared of guns, you have a girlfriend. |

I'm going to circle back and touch base with you on this in June, Alison. I've eaten at a lot of very good steak houses across the country over the years. Some were great, and others were disappointing. Part of it depends on how you like your steak prepared. For example, in Minneapolis, Manny's is considered by many to be the best, but I wasn't crazy for it. The steak was overly char-broiled on the outside and I don't like that if it's excessive. I ordered my steak rare, and it came to me closer to medium. Nothing brings tears to my eye more than a steak that has been abused. What I like about Ruth's Chris is that it is always the same no matter where you are. You know what you are getting. If I go out to eat the best steak around, I don't want there to be any guess work. If I order a filet at Ruth's Chris it is so tender that a knife is really an unessential utensil. You get the same tender steak, sizzling on a hot buttery platter, from Boston to San Juan to San Francisco. Same for the side dishes. Unless you have a gluten allergy, the whiskey bread pudding will punctuate an evening full of fond gustatory memories, and you can cap the evening off with a fine cigar and conac....a rare find in many top end restaurants these days. If we are in Chicago for two nights, I like to go with a sure thing like Ruth Chris, and for the second night, try a wild card....like the most highly recommended Italian restaurants.

I tend to shy away from chains if possible, but they are quite good at ruths Chris
There soooo many choices in Chicago. I'm not up on all the latest fads but I can ask around.
Be sure you get a deep dish pizza somewhere decent. UNOs is also good, but make sure you hit up the original. The chains suck!

All those options sound good but when I leave the ballpark, I don't need anymore food. I don't normally eat junk food but when I get to the park, I lose all discipline. I usually spend more money on hotdogs that I did the tickets. I love stadium food. |
