Thank you everyone. A&M just called me and Reckless will foal in the next 12-13 hours. She had a very rough night but seems to have pulled through this morning. There are so many emotions I am going through right now. As I look forward to this birth, I am also reminded of the life that will pass that has been such a huge part of our family.
I am keeping positive vibes that the baby will be healthy and remind us of just how special Reckless was.
Thanks again BHW for everything!
My prayer for you and your family is that this courageous and amazing mare's last gift to y'all is a perfect foal that follows in its momma's hoof prints straight into your hearts. . . .

I'm supposed to be working on taxes but can't concentrate cause Reckless is all I can think about. I just can't imagine how BC and her family are feeling. Holding the whole family, both 2 and 4 legged, up in prayer. |

Location: Keeping up with the numbers! | It was just not in God's plan and though I want to second guess I know he has a reason.
I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for thinking of Reckless and her foal for the last two weeks. This was a very long journey and my family has so many people to thank for their support. Unfortunately, A&M was not able to save Reckless and her foal.
I do want to share with everyone that is was a colt and he was absolutely beautiful. Sorrel with four white stockings just below the knees, a gorgeous white blaze and a flaxen tail.
A big thank you to all once again.

I know your heart is breaking and ours is breaking for you.May Reckless and baby run in greener pastures together forever.My sincere deepest sympathies for your family.Reckess is now free of pain and for that we are graciously thankful
