Isn't that called "obstruction of justice"? Doesn't his statement amount to INTENT to obstruct justice?
If any of us were being investigated by the FBI and knew they were interested in what's on our hard drive, and then either wiped those emails away with "Bleach Bit" or destroyed the hard drive with a hammer, what do you suppose would happen to us?
So true however this is the Clinton's it will get down to the meaning of what "Dumped" is. After all the Clinton's OWN everyone that could do anything about their crimes.
I noticed that the spokesman for the Clinton campaign did not question the authenticity or veracity of Podesta's email. They took a different angle. They tried to say that Podesta meant that the emails had to be "moved" somewhere, as opposed to deleted or destroyed by bleach bit.
When I find rotten food in my fridge, I "dump" it in the trash or the garbage disposal. When I get a copy of my tax return from my accountant, I don't "dump" it.....I move it off my desk and store it where I can find it. When people have things they need to keep, they don't "dump" them.
We are dealing with some corrupt, lying, criminal bastards in this bunch, let me tell you.
I agree But they will fall back on their usual play book divert ,delay,and attack the accuser. And blackmail is not out of the question.
All Hillary is doing out on the stump is try to stir up the anti-Trump voters by calling him sexist, racist, and Islamophobic. She isn't really touting any of her own message or plans....just anti-Trump.
Meanwhile, Trump is hitting back hard on the emails and corruption, followed by his message on his own plans......like repeal and replace ObamaCare. Looks like he's gaining traction. I hope it's enough. | |

That's an interesting idea, NTO. Maybe instead of winner take all (with the 2 exceptions of Nebraska and Maine ), maybe it should be revised to reflect the congressional districts and states, just like the Great Compromise of 1787. Each state would have 2 electoral votes, just like the Senate, and each congressional district would have 1 electoral vote. I like that. Of course one would have to take into account territories like Puerto Rico, DC, and Guam, but that shouldn't be hard. I think I would actually prefer this. Obviously, that would require a constitutional amendment.
It does not take an Amendment it is spelled out in Art, II it clearly gives the right to the states. What it takes is to get it on the ballot in every state. It can be done but after each Presidentual election everyone looses interest until the next four years rolls around. | |
