| Depends, is this credible or not? The FBI must have learned something pretty explosive or them to reopen the case. One thing I am concerned about is the lack of warrant. These emails were turned over by Anthony. Could a Clinton lawyer argue the lack of a warrant? I know the FBI got one, but that was after the NYPD alerted them.
What I find interesting is the amount of emails. Over 600,000 emails saved. That does not happen on accident. |

Will it hold up in court?
Probably not....
......I sure hope it holds up in one court. The court of public opinion.
I'd trade her beating the rap for her defeat any day. |

He can't unless she is proven guilty before he leaves office. This case will take over a year. Impeachment is more likely if she is convicted. |

Wiener gave them the computer voluntarily when they did a data search is when they found the 650,000 emails at which time they needed a warrant to go farther They got the warrant Sunday evening. But you want to see Hillary's emails three days later. This is a criminal investigation you won't see any emails until they bring a case for indictment. Of course like all of these cases there will be leaks. All 650,000 emails went thru Hillary's server. As you say think logically you think that out of this vast number of emails from her main aide thru her sever that there are not ones from Hillary. |

I don't think that will work out as well as they think will. I mean, we have the most powerful military in the world so I doubt they would make it that far anyways. If they did they would have the national guard, a huge amount of militarized police and well armed citizens to contend with. Not gonna happen.

Not quite the same The case against Nixon had already been brought and impeachment had already been done. The likely hood that this case will be brought before Obama leaves office is slim to none. He can't pardon before the fact. |
