You can save this thread in your "Favorites" on your internet browser... then all you gotta do is click on the thread, and poof... there it is. So far, after at least a couple of years of saving stuff... none of it has ever come up with an error page... and even if something gets added to the thread after you save it in your fav's... it will still be on the page that pulls up!
That's the entire list of useful internet information that I have... but it does work~ |

this is my own mix. i spray my horses liberily and spray myself. i have also sprayed my dog. i think it works great and i dont have a reaction to it. |

Location: North Dakota | Silicone spray-the stuff in the garage-I've used it for years and haven't had any ill affects. BUT do not spray on the back-you're saddle will slip all over! It isn't greasy and doesn't attrack dirt like so many other items-plus it's cheaper than most too.-makes them real shiney! |

Location: Southern Indiana | we use a mixture of baby oil, vinager and cowboy magic conditioner ( i think you could any kind). It works really well and it will take coacka-burs (sp??) out really easy. It also seems to help out horses mains and tails grow. SO used a mixture like this on show cattle to keep them shinny, soft and fluffy. |

Location: Wichita Falls TX | For just general maintenance we use Sho Sheen, and if we don't have that, we just mix any conditioner on hand with water and put it in the spray bottle. If there is a bad knot or cockle burrs, we use olive oil. |

Location: Oklahoma | this is the best detangler ever. 1 part mouth wash 1 part conditioner(any kind) and 1 part baby oil. This stuff is amazing. Been using it for years. Keeps the little white things out of main and tail in the summer. Helps to keep the tangles out. It gives a beautiful shine. And believe it or not my horses hair is healthier, thicker and longer since using it. |

I like that show sheen oil stuff...in the smaller bottle but it gets pricey... it reminds me alot of nice smelling mineral oil. Has anyone tried mineral oil instead for this?
just wondering....or should I be the first..LOL |
