If its anything like that other show (I think its southern women???) Im going to be upset!! only shows drama and cat fights... sheesh....

I do remember a couple of years ago that a flyer was being sent around the southern region schools asking college/pro rodeo girls to come audition for a reality show where they follow you around with cameras and show what the life of a "cowgirl" was.... Wonder if this is the same pitch???

So true about the dirt mustache  But now adays the more trash and boobs and skin and trash talk will win out over a good clean show about real cowgirls that like to get down and dirty {real dirt and mud} taking care of their own horses and really likes to barrel race for the rush of it.

the promo poster is bad! it is disrespectful to real cowgirls... as for the ones in the show, only one has done anything and that's barb...forget the year but she won the dncfr. the others are not impressive, nice maybe but do not represent rodeo women at all...this promo poster already gives it a bad name and a good laugh...will the show redeem it self? I wont watch to find out...

Not who of WHO all they are following (I know of 2), but Barb is legit.  Seems like they have done a lot of rodeo reality shows.....there was another last year following the Willlis' in the NW.

Atleast it's something about rodeo. Even if it is staged I'll watch it over KUWTK. It's entertainment, it's beaming a light at the industry so that the average Joe can get a glimpse at the rodeo world. Don't take everything so serious..

I know one of the girls on it very well, and another I have met before. I know a couple guys that will be on it as well.  I have been around when they are filming it and watched them stage everything. I will say I would have not considered the two girls I know "pro" but to each their own. It looks to be very fake and full of drama but what reality show isn't? I don't have tv but I would be curious to watch it as I know some of the people. All I know is I could not handle acting the way they do or saying what they do for this show - it is sure to be full of A LOT of drama.

Well reality is not nearly as appealing made up fantasy rodeo! LOL

"Women pound black coffee, ibuprofen and red bull while pulling all night drives with only the company of a chihuahua and XM radio"

or "Got a flat tire, late for slack again and had to park 2 miles from the flippin rodeo, ground sucked, it hailed and I hit a barrel...at least the town had a mcdonalds"

They were filming this show at some of the rodeos I was at this past summer. It was completely staged. All these girls were riding around getting filmed and they weren't even up that day. They were dressed like bar flys. I suspect it will be a good joke. JMO

Dear A&E...make a show like this ^^^ and I will watch it.

Ditto!!

I think producers underestimate how good the show would be if they made it REAL!

Honestly, I think people would watch a show that is TRUE. If it showed the actual gritty life that pro girls live. Look at the viewer ratings for Duck Dynasty. Yes, it is staged and scripted, but it is still more "real" than most reality shows. I think people enjoy real shows and are tired of the drama. I personally find the photo and description tasteless and will not watch it. After reading opinions on here I have even less hope.

O my Parents think this!!  My dad said the other day... "Well once the horse is trained you should be able to just sit there and it should do all the work. Like a dog you train it to do something and it just does it automatically because it was trained to do that."  I got so mad my hubby had to explain it all too him!!!
