Location: The Oklahoma plains.		I have had about 5 Caldwells and one H3 which is now PSC. My understanding is the H3 is no longer made. Either way- Kari is above and beyond as far as customer service.
I didnt personally think it was the same level as the Caldwells but very close. My order had a few issues and they fixed them immediately. I am beyond a control freak and Kari handled every call and email quickly and with a great attitude.
I loved my saddle all except for one thing. And you just never know till you ride one. I rode it for a year and sold it. They actually sold it for me- sent me a check right away. GREAT to deal with!!
