I loved that article, Annie. You and Leigh always do such a great job. I hope more people read your work, because it's really well done. |

Here ya' gohttp://www.barrelracingreport.com/issues/2_12_13_BarrelRacingReport_HighRes.pdf He was bred by Shomaker Farms (Jayma Jo Shomaker is a barrel racer & show producer in this area. ) of McKenzie, TN, where Bo's sire stands. Tim Morris & Jamie Sellers of Pontotoc, MS bot him. Tim broke & trained him. They sent him to Marnie Loosesnort to futurity him & she puchased him shortly afterwards. Just to add a little more info!

| I kind of like the first name. I had a couple with Devil in their names and lots of people balked at that. I thought it was catchy. I guess I'm not as superstitious as other barrel racers. LOL!
Good for her! Living the dream. |

Marne is a hell of a hand. I had a 4 year old I was going to send to her, but I sold the mare before I was able to. I may not be able to afford her now! |

| Why would someone change his name and is it honestly that easy to do? |

I wondered the same thing:) Also, did King of Jackies always run left? For some reason I think he has been a right handed horse until recently? |

It is easy to do UNLESS: the horse has an AQHA performance record, has been bred or if a mare, has APPEARED on a breeding report. |

I've noticed that too.... He looks like some old dead-head farm plug until he gets his cue to turn it on... |
