Location: TX | Check out ZEAL! It's a vitamin drink. I absolutely love it. I was super super anemic but hated the way vitamins made me feel all day..like burping them up & all that good stuff. Michele McLeod got me started on the drink and i feel so much better! Took away my dark circles & tiredness, my nails & hair grow, my skins better, & it will also hold me over food wise. I used to have to eat literally every hour or I got sick. Now I get up & mix ZEAL in my smoothie & it will hold me over for a long time. It also has an herbal form of caffeine so I was able to quit drinking sodas without having horrible headaches! Pm me if you're interested & I can give you the order info through Michele. |

| I take vitamin D due to a deficiency and I try to remember my multi vitamin. I cannot believe how much better I feel now my vitamin D levels are normal. Vitamin D effects a lot of things including bone health and immune system and a lot of people are deficient. |

| I try to get all the vitamins and minerals I need from the food I eat. I believe that's the healthiest way to get everything you need in the most absorbable form. If you're not sure which nutrients your diet is deficient in you can track your food on Sparkpeople.com and at the end of your day you can look at your vitamin/mineral intake for the day. If you find you are deficient in any certain one you can just add that nutrient either by foods high in that specific thing or you could add a single supplement but not a whole multi-vitamin. I prefer this method because why would you want to put something in your body you may not need? Tons of foods are fortified with vitamins and minerals nowdays so taking a multivitamin without knowing exactly what your diet already includes could potentially be harmful. |

60 years ago this would be a sound approach. But nowadays our food just doesn't have the nutrients it once did because our soils are being stripped. With that said I take my Supermix daily. It's 100% absorbable by the body, has over 92 nutrients, 36 naturally occurring anti-inflammatories, 46 antioxidants, and all 18 amino acids 9 of which your body doesn't produce and you CAN'T get from food. My husband and son also use it and it's good for my horses and other animals as well! Love it! |

Location: SE Missouri | I've been taking Genesis Pure Super fruits, alkaline water drops, and GoYin for almost 60 days and trying to eat clean (min processed food). Not sure which is helping most but I've had some very positive results. I had blood pulled after a month on GP and everything was really good. Getting copies of old blood work so I have specific numbers to compare. Lost around 7 lbs and considering that was during NFR trip, week long company meetings, on the road, and over holidays I consider that a HUGE success, lol.My hair is growing even faster than normal and I'm not having the crazy energy roller coaster like before.
Also started juicing the last few weeks, so I'm trying to be more healthy and get more natural vitamins and minerals into diet instead of a pill. I hate taking pills and usually end up skipping.. |

I have also been told this by both doctors and nutritionists (and neither were selling products)- just good advice and guidance.

I guess I'll just take my chances and stick to getting my nutrients from the fruit, vegetables, and berries I grow in my stripped soil, lol. |

| I have Super Foods that I drink every morning β¦ hubby says it smells like alfalfa but it has done wonders for me. At night I have a magnesium drink called Calm. I bought both at Whole Foods.
There's a lot of stuff out there β¦ I personally will not purchase from multi level marketing vendors β¦. just a personal preference of mine, so I try to stick to things I can buy at the store. |
