What the heck is clams? Is it suppost to be like crabs? 
I bet if you clean this poor horse, he would feel and look alot better, and I dont see any teats.

I had a gelding here that I was trying to sell for a friend. He had a growth right on the end of his penis. It looked like a melanoma to me. Far from being a teat. I would have him checked by a vet.

 I would clean his sheath real good, not just dig out a bean, but give everything in there a good scrubbing and he should be fine. If you have done that, then that is just the way he is.  Has it always been like this or is it something new?
