I knew that and didn't count them just in case and they were not the ones that disappointed me!! I appreciated them inquiring but being honest up front. :)
I just hope life got in the way and all the forms come in and the problem of turning people away comes back. :) |

There are a lot of people that really need this and can't afford a $400 clinic and I wanted to give them an opportunity to come to a quality clinic with a great person. I have shelled out WAY more money than what I will get back in the fee for this but I will shell out more if I have to in order for people like you and those who did turn in their form to be able to go. I am really disappointed though. Just to be safe I sent more than 30 forms out and had all sorts of people say they wanted a reserved spot and figured I was in more danger of having to turn people away or get in trouble of having more people at the clinic. That right there will keep me from doing this again.
sorry I didn't meant to vent. I am just really disappointed in people going back on their word and not even saying anything... Didnt this happen last time? People sayin they wanted a spot only to be a NO show. Hope it works out for you. I dont understand why they do this, some act like a big shot and talk the talk but then when it comes down to it, they hide out tell its over and screw others out of something that was going to be a good thing by not holding up their end.
Did you get deposits to hold the spots? I have had several clinics over the years, ones I have done myself and for others. I have a date about a month before the clinic thaat the deposit has to be made by. It is non refundable because I use that money to pay for the facilities, etc., which have to be paid for in advance. Most people will follow through and attend if they have paid a deposit. |

This is what I have done also. It makes people hold to their promise. |

Location: MD | You've done so much to offer everyone a great opportunity at a very educational clinic. The extras and amenities that you are offering can't be found at most clinics charging three times the rate for this one. I hope that everyone stands behind their word and fills these slots and if not that some others can take advantage and snatch them up! |

Smoke-we are planning on using the indoor arena. We have heaters and will have hot drinks available at all times. We are hoping to keep everyone warm and we will definitely be dry!! If we to get lucky with great weather there is an outdoor arena too. Unless another ice storm comes and no one can get to us, we are a go!! |

I agree with this. I love going to clinics and attend whenever I can. The going rate that I have paid is between 400-600 plus add ons such as hook ups and stalls. This is a sweet deal and I would love to attend if it weren't so far away, and I didn't have a stupid job that interfers with my fun time. I hope you get the people that you need because any time you have the opportunity to better your horsemanship skills the better it is for you and the horse. |

I know I wish I could find a clinic in my area for $100!! I would be there if I wasn't 1/2 a country away..... |

KMC, I'm going. I live like 30 minutes away (aren't y'all in Granbury). She is more than willing to hitch a ride with me. I'll even come pick her up. I still got a hole in the trailer. |

I love learning new tips and being reminded things I already knew but forgot lol. Maybe if there is another I can make it, that is an amazing deal! |
