She raised 8 kids.
Had dinner on the table every night.
Ironed all of our clothes.
When you weren't looking, she snuck into the closet and sipped on Wild Turkey. Oh wait, that's my secret....nevermind.
Reprobate. |

I agree with some things on that list, just as I think a man should do for his woman, but some of those are outdatedddd. It's a good thing we don't have to wear makeup when they come home from work or basically keep our mouths shut if we had somethin to say now! What's outdated?
LMAO!!! TXBO to the rescue! I knew he would show up. |

The rest? :-pppppppp I must have been in the barn when the "good wife" genes were being passed out. |

You are still young and there's always counseling and rehabilitation. Every woman has the potential to be a good wife. Don't give up. Post this on your fridge every morning so you can read it while preparing his favorite breakfast....while wearing his favorite lengerie', of course. |

It's not there's poor ladies fault, Doc. A real man insists on these traditions and provides the rewards that makes it mutually beneficial. Where have all the real men gone? |

They don't exist they think a woman who isn't independant and doesn't work out side the home is Lazy.....It not their job to provide anymore!
Oh and Doc Who is Carol King?
Lol it's good being the good wife. Watching my mother and her friends slave at work and come home and slave some more didn't look like the "good life" to me. I listened to my great grandma and her advice in taking care of my home and my husband.
Tomorrow I'm baking cookies to send to him and his crew at work. I don't mind setting back the feminist movement. |

On a serious note, I never understood why a woman choosing to fulfill a more traditional role was considered a bad thing in the feminist movement. If that's what floats her boat, more power to her. And to you.
