1. did it bother anyone else to see her smiling in the pics? i dont think she regreats anything other than getting caught.
2.she will not serve the full sentance
3. if shes on probation and can not find employment... guess what? welfare, free medicial, cash assistance, rent assistamce, heat assistamce, food stamps. she was just rewarded big time and gets to be in her own home for this verses a cage (we will also pay for the shrink that will over mediciate her so she gets a cheap high instead of having to purchase street drugs)
4. i do not feel she has learned the conquences of her behavior, she will never be sorry and it makes me wonder what kind of sadistic thing she will do next, watch her get preggers will that baby honestly be safe?

| I hope they get her good here in Arkansas. I was told she wanted to sell the other horses to get her a better barrel horse. She was on the rodeo team. There is so much more to this story that most will never know. Her and her mom have been in trouble before all of this happened. They all need to be in jail. |

I read that as well! Credit card was killed because he not only had 3 brands but they (the jacksons) had heard he had a microchip type deal as well). |

but i still think it's fair for her part in it......and while she likely won't serve the whole thing, it's no slap on the wrist....plus she has another trial coming up i think.....
heck, a person gets drunk, crashes and kills their passenger and gets 180 days and 10 years probation......i think that's a way bigger deal than this.....
If it were your horse that she did this to, would you still think it was fair?

I think the slitting his thoat and cutting him up with a chain saw was absolutely barbaric and cruel..If you can do that to an animal, then there are no limitations to what you could do to an animal OR a human! Your moral compass has left the building!! |

wendi got 60 yrs and is in prison
Jaci was facing up to 30 in Arkansas..this astounds me.. but I am assuming she turned a deal.. pathetic
