You need to find a different doctor asap. I went through some miscarriages and then got endometriosis. I was 30 years old and I had one doctor tell me my pain was in my head. Well it wasn't. I went to 3 doctors before one actually listened to me. Besides the Endo..my uterus was flipped over some ligaments and was the reason sometimes I saw stars.
Hugs and
.

Thank you guys.  I do see another new doctor on the 13th.  I have tried the whole "it's all in my head".  I know I'm stressed with work so I have started working out as much as I can, watch less TV, eat a whole lot better, and am teaching some fitness classes and helping fellow military spouses at the gym.  And no matter how much I ignore it, it's always there :(  I can't even imagine trying to ride.  The last time wasn't so bad as I was having a good day but I have no desire to get back to riding full time.

Have you had a blood test to check your horomone levels?

Just thought I would update for those who were following and concerned.

Saw the new doctor today and all I can say is thank God for good people.  Surgery on march 7th to remove a very damaged ovary and burn endometriosis, remove cysts, and try to find the source of fluid buildup.  He is hoping the other ovary is ok.  But he was surprised it hadn't been diagnosed and dealt with prior and that I just dealt with the pain.  Apparently the left ovary is twisted and completely adhered to the uterine wall, probably a result of long time endometriosis.  He was positive and great, saying this was perfectly treatable and that I didn't have to deal with pain, that I have options.  Could it affect ever having kids, sure, but rot now I can't fathom the idea of kids when I am miserable.  On top of dealing with severe back pain again.

He also said I have a tilted uterus but that it should not actually interfere with pregnancy.  He said most of my issues will be fertility, not actually carrying to full term.  He also feels the miscarraige was going to happen no matter what and the problems I have now did not directly cause it.

I'm glad that you found another doctor. It is so refreshing when a doctor will actually listen and talk to you like a human being.

I'm so happy you got a 2nd opinion!  I'm sorry you have to have surgery but getting rid of the pain will be a God send.

Thank you guys. It gave me piece of mind knowing there was a reason for the pain and that somebody finally would not only listen but also actually offer a plan. He did say I am a candidate for any permanent procedures that I want. He even offered to do them now. I can honestly say today there's no way I want to try to have a child but that in the condition I'm in, it's not a good time to make a decision. So I asked him for treatment and at least a year of "normalcy" before asking me again. Of course a lot can happen between now and then but it feels good to have a doctor actually ask questions and understand me.

I will pray that you can find answers too.  I wish there were more doctors like this one.  He's a young doctor too. Can't be older then me.  I used to be nervous using a male GYN but in all reality, I've had way more problems with the females.  This one seemed so much more understanding of not only the pain and the mental part, but also how it has affected the intamacy with my husband.  He assured me we would be having "rockstar sex" again before too long.....and yes those were his words :)

So happy for you that you found some answers!! No kidding it wasn't in your head (that doctor needs to be knocked upside the head for even saying that!!) Thank you for sharing your story here, it may have helped someone else in need. Maybe a push for another opinion or a dose of courage to tell their doctor how much pain they are in.  Good luck with your surgery and sending a prayers your way!!

Thank you, and yes, I wanted to share this no matter how personal so that maybe other people going through something similar may feel encouraged.  Trust me I've gotten a few concerning phone calls from friends who never even knew I was pregnant let alone miscarried.  I kept it quiet for a while.   They have all been greatly supportive
