| Opps, never mind. All that garble I just rambled out was totally unnecessary. I just re-read your first post instead of simply answering your "Subject" line. Charmayne come into play in Arlington! That was easy! And after the Mesquite performances tonight and tomorrow are run, the top 10 from the combined performances move on from there to Arlington. | |

Dial It was hurt and Shada ran Rascal at a rodeo in San Antonio? Do I have my TX city right? She did awesome running him, that horse is tricky. So I wonder if she's going to run him at The American? Also the fact that mother daughter have an excellent chance of competing against each other is so very cool.

Dillons new owner/rider was hurt by a different horse and cant compete. They would have beenright in there. Will look forward to watching Callie and Dillon in the future.

| ย Can someone explain why they are not taking the same number from Mesquite in each event to The American? Also, did anyone ever find out how many bull riders from the NFR to The American. I just heard top 10 PBR. Then Justin said only 16 would compete in bull riding at the American. He said they were only taking 1 bull rider from Mesquite to The American. One of those 16 has to be their exemption, Justin McBride.

So where are the others from to equal 18? I could have sworn Justin McKee said only 16 bull riders would compete next Sunday. I hate it that PRCA bull riders were kind of shafted here. I guess I don't understand why more barrel racers from Mesquite are going on than in the other events. Their Facebook page says top 10 Mesquite barrel racers and top 5 Mesquite steer wrestlers, calf ropers, team ropers, bareback riders, and saddle bronc riders move on to The American next week. They announced on the show that only the top one bull rider from Mesquite moves on to next week. I just wondered why they aren't taking the same number in each event.

To go with my other question......LOL Who is the bareback riding exemption?
We know Charmayne, Justin McBride, Dan Mortenson, and Ote Berry. We know the matches for calf roping..... Fred and Joe. We know the matches for team roping... Jake B, Clay O, and Speed. I haven't seen who the bareback riding exemption will be.

sorry...that should have been 5 qualifiers.....for a total of 17.....maybe one is out or something....there were five qualifying events and the top rider at each event got a spot......there names are on the american site.......but i'm not sure why they keep saying 16 unless one of them is out....injury????

| Well the exemptions in team roping and calf roping just changed. They took them all. Jake B one the match and Fred was his match. Randy Bernard announced they were taking all of them Jake B, Speed, Clay O, Fred, and Joe B.
I still haven't seen or heard if they have a bareback exemption.
