| It came with an envelope that had the postage paid on it to send it back. It's just the fact that they sent something nobody ordered and guessed people would buy. It wasn't any big deal to send back - just a hassle to have to drive by a mail box. I honestly still can't believe they did that. |

Sleepy H Ranch - 2014-03-15 10:06 PM I got mine yesterday.  It is a training DVD, they want $14 for it.
BUT, I found on the Post Office's website that this is illegal nation wide, regardless of the state. If you did not request the merchandise, you have no obligation to send it back. You can toss it, mail it back, or keep it. I do intend on calling the customer service number on Monday and let them know what I think, though.Â
Did you get a chance to call?  This is crazy
I am wondering if you got a chance to call, and what the reply was, also. Thanks. |

Location: Kentucky | I received the DVD yesterday, put it in the pre-paid envelope and sent it back. I wasn't sure if I kept it that they would charge me, so back in the mail it went. I noticed the return address was located in PA, which is odd considering AQHA is in TX. |

Hey Murphy - the return address on mine is from Minneapolis, MN. That's really weird. I thought the same thing, HQ is Texas. |

| I called them right away after opening it. Chewed them out because I didn't want to have to make a special trip to town to mail it (I dont go to town alot). They assured me you do NOT have to send them back. You only pay if you wish to continue recieving the videos. I am hanging onto it just in case they try to bill me, but was on the phone with them for a good 5 minutes and they repeatedly told me I do not have to send it back I will not be billed. |

$14 for a video, and I read it if you dont send it back they will keep sending them to you and charge you for the ones you dont return. If you return them they are free?
Didn't read into it too deep because it's going back. |

Location: Here | Yep showed up Post Master wrote refused on it and that way they have to pay for the plastic case postage Anyways she told me that this was becoming more and more common. And if I ever got a magazine that I did NOT subscribe too, to refuse it as they were starting to bill people and get nasty about collecting |

| My letter with the DVD from AQHA says right on it that I am NOT required to return it or pay for it because I did not request it. You don't have to return it. |
