Exxxxxactly. Cheri's goal has never been to take the horse away from Mary. Who wouldn't be happy sitting back and watching a horse from your program be so successful, all the while drawing a percentage??? Ideal scenario for a partner......UNLESS you never get that percentage. So for those who are on "Team Mary" because you think Cheri is trying to rob her of something she is so deserving of, check again. All they had to do was pay the woman what they agreed to in the contract and we wouldn't be here. |

My point was: Is he there to invest in a barrel horse for a new venture or to make sure Mary gets to keep the horse? Whose friend is he was my question, and that question has been answered. |

Location: Bluebonnet Heaven | Whatever the outcome, it is sad. Sad that it came to lawyers and courts. Sad that it is on public display. And especially sad for Latte that is put in the middle. Many lessons to be learned. But however sad and difficult this situation is, it will have a solution and "this too will pass". I hope whatever happens, everyone including Latte will be OK and move forward. |
