Location: Never in one place long | My foster dog FINALLY got adopted last weekend, my Mom came for a visit for 10 days, my foster horse I'm training for her adopter is doing fantastic and going home this weekend and I have a wonderful husband who I got to spend ALL weekend with finally!! I also have amazing pets! |

| God blessed me this week -
My parents came and hung out with the SO and I for a full weekend of fishing, gardening, and grilling out. We only get to see each other a couple times a year and it was super special.
I was ground pounded by a colt and learned that I didn't break anything!!! (just a couple hoof prints, bruises, and chiro appts away from being just fine!)
It rained - alot!! Our pasture needed it!
My strawberry plants are taking off like rocket ships ... YUM!
I am blessed to have people who love me and a job that supports my horse addiction!

Every day I wake up and take a breath of fresh air. Every day my daughter comes walking out with her sleepy eyes and says "hi mama". Every day my husband kisses me goodbye when he leaves for work. Every day my horses whinny for breakfast. Every day God gives me another moment with my family.
I'm sure we can all agree with that. |

Location: SD | My husband has said ok to me resigning from my job to stay home. I am a teacher. While I love what I do, we have decided to put family first. I only have 7 days left! I am so darn excited... our whole family is overjoyed. |

Please DON'T take this as a brag (this is being typed with humility and gratitude). I just feel so incredible blessed to have two children that are healthy and self driven. Today was a big day in our house...
My daughter was accepted into the National Honor Society (this is ALL her and her own drive when it comes to school work and grades).
She also made it to the finals of the 200m hurdles today at the championship meet (this is a huge accomplishment because she has NOT placed all year long and has worked so hard to learn how to run the hurdles, just happen to put it all together at the right time).
My son's baseball (coach pitch) won today. I LOVE watching theses kids play win or lose. I enjoy the humor, youth and fun they bring to the game. We have a great group of parents too, so that makes it even more enjoyable. |
