suzy2qtee - 2014-07-10 2:09 PM Prayers for your mom.... I just had the last of my surgeries for my breast cancer last week. I pray she has as few side effects I did while going through chemo.
Praying for you, that everything goes well now.they did ask my mom if she wanted to go a trail study for chemo, she said yes...now they may have a problem with her kidneys,a little below normal,so she might not get to go on the trail study,he did say she has very strong heart.he said he had to see what her lab work shows now.

Good heart, great support and a good attitude go a long way. I was lucky my boys and thier girls were a great support staff for me.

Thank you.

All counts are down right now, because of the chemo.Today has been the hardest day so far for her,she has been cold and that's the one thing right now that is bugging her.She has only had two times feeling sick to her stomach.I have to wear gloves and face mask now because of her white count.I've been here with her for six days now total,I went home last Saturday cooked and cleaned the house and came back on Monday. She has a lot of swelling in her feet and she has arthritis in leg really bad.It has been kinda hard day for her today. The doctor is saying she doing good....thanks for all the prayers.

I just saw this and read thru.  Several days after chemo are usually the hardest.  Just support her and let her know how important it is to have that great positive attitude.  She may not feel like eating much but find what ever taste good to her and let her eat it.  I don't care if it's M&M's.

I continue to pray for your Mom and you.  This is a tough time.  Along the lines of her eating what she can.....I survived on Spam.  It made everyone around me sick but it was about the only thing that tasted good to me.  Hugs to you.
