Location: Bastrop, Texas | I made two more direct applications today. Prepping the battleground with an arial assault before the ground troops move in for the kill at sunrise. I'll knock me down with a direct frontal assault and mop up with flame throwers.

| I found a guy on FB who was advertising removal. He came and took it down, put it in a pillow case in the back of the car.....you couldn't PAY me to catch a ride with them with that thing in the back! They remove the venom from them and sell it. Maybe you could find someone local to you? If you have poisoned them too much, that is.
Good luck you. I got hit by two or three of them in the shoulder and it literally knocked me down....like getting hit by a baseball bat! |

Yep, the big, bald faced hornets... the kind that make the big paper football nests in the trees. These guys would catch all kinds of wasps and hornets....demand for the venom comes from the medical field, I think. |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | I found a spray by Bengal for Wasps and Hornets today so I'm locked and loaded. I'll let you know how it works as we got rid of the nests so I find them flying around in our barn and I spray them when they are flying. |

Location: Oklahoma | I bought something at the feed store and it's the best wasp spray I've used. Drops them as soon as it hits them. We just soak the nest and all the ones we see.....it's worked if we can find the nest. Doesn't work so well if you're just hitting random wasps....other than it will drop them when they dive bomb you. It's called Bonide Wasp and Hornet Killer. Trusted since 1926 is what it says on the label. Here is what else it says: - Prevents nesting
- Jet spray will reach nests up to 20' above ground
- Kills Wasps, Honets, & Carpenter Bees on contact
- Kills the entire nest
- Dielectric Breakdown Voltage of 47,300 Volts (whatever that means....)
