| Another pound gone this morning. :)
Nothing too fancy. Really really enjoyed my steak dinner and my BBQ plate. Just absolutely nothing made with flour or grains. Hubby is miserable, they're ordering pizza for lunch during his training class today, and not releasing them to get stuff. I told him to eat the toppings to avoid fainting! |

what else are you eating? Sometimes it is the whole make up of your diet. Don't give up. keep at it. The results are worth it |

Meaning you don't like the type of food you are eating or just not seeing any results? How long have you been grain free? |

Location: The end of the Earth, SE AR | I've been wheat, potato, rice and grain free for 7 days and haven't lost a pound. Its also made my IBS worse and I'm on Lotronex for that and its as if now I'm taking sugar pills instead of these how powered meds.
I eat meat eggs, and only veggies and fruits that are on my low FODMAPS diet, and still drink a little milk, have limited my cheese intake. I drink tea or stevia flavored drinks, no artificial sweetners. No high fructose corn syrup. I am proud that I havent cheated in 7 days.
Sadly by eating healthy I've been living in the bathroom and no weight loss for the past week.
I want to start walking now that's its cooling off but if this is what the flour/wheat and grain free diet it does to me, I'm only going to be walking circles around the pot. Pretty disgusted at this point.
Glad its working for you. Keep up the good work and Congratulations on your weight loss!

Location: The end of the Earth, SE AR | Its my go-to beverage I mix some stevia in in it and a slice of lemon and a tad bit of lemon juice. Also, thanks to the di, I have to stay hydrated. But I'm not counting glasses, if it would tell me something I can count. |

What helped my gut issues is only eating yolks No fruit at all one piece of any fruit or any honey just sends it off the cliff. No dairy at all for 30 days and the only tiny bit here and there of real cheese Don't give up first 30 days I was sick sick sick but body was detoxing So hang with it

This has been going awesome! I'm like a little motorboat all day long. I feel amazing! No naps, breathing better, less PMS, and 14 lbs off. Without working out.
2" off each leg
2" off hips
3.5" off belly
3.75" off waist
2" off chest
And, drumroll, 1.5" off my neck. My neck!!!
I ate rice in desperation about 4 weeks in. My hands swelled up so bad I couldn't really bend my fingers.
I'm never hungry, I have more energy, I'm never going back. |
