Some people don't use the 1st stall for a horse, so it's just an alternative to use it more like a mud room. |

Location: would like to be where it does not snow | An outside faucet plus a water tank in the tack area. mangers, drop down windows on butt side also. we upgraded from the one we had to a slide out with table in the slide-out and a couch on the offside wall. Prefer generator on the roof. good luck trailer buying can take a lot out of you, make it fun. |

Location: In my own world | I just put an order in for a custom 4star. I got heavier axles and bigger tires. I found lots of used trailers but finding one with those upgrades didn't happen. Also I went with a 3 horse but wanted dual jacks. If you rodeo finding flat even ground doesn't happen and dual jacks just seem more sturdy. But you don't see them standard on a 3 horse. Only the bigger ones. Roof mounted generator and if you can upgrade your generator. Best to have too much power than not enough!! |

Me neither!! Jan 22 was the date I was given!! It's going to take longer to build my trailer than it did my house!! And almost as much money!!! My husband said he is thoroughly impressed with my spending abilities! Lol. This girl is the reason I got the trailer. We are diamonds and dirt bound, hopefully! I pick her up mid Oct. http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/jennys+guy |

8' wide
V shaped front. We've been pulling a flat nose and it has way more resistance in the wind.
Drop downs on head and rear
Large corner shower, or at least bigger than our current one.
Stud Stall
Sleeper sofa, NO dinettes!
We have to have a cook top and full size fridge
Slide Ou
Lots of inside storage
A mid tack would be a major plus but not a necessity
Has to be at least 13' short wall.
Hydraulic jack, NO electric.
Any color but white!
We been trailer shopping. So far no luck. Maybe were too picky but after 2 other lq trailer you know what you have to have.

Air/heat, full bath, preferrably with a larger shower, than the skinny things I've seen lately. Lots of storage. Microwave, frig, at least one sink. Doesn't matter to me if there is a cook top or not, I don't "cook" when I travel, I nuke! I like having mangers, but don't think I'd like have my generator on the roof. I don't want to crawl up there to work on it. I'd rather have mine down below in a permanent box. Stud wall up front, for extra storage.
You haven't seen a skinny shower until you've seen mine. I have a HUGE bathroom but My closet is bigger than the shower. |

that is amazing!!!!!!!!!
I just tie a rope around my hay strings and pull them up on the top of the trailer. Its just me so this is the easiest way that I have found. |

Location: NE Texas | So those of you who have satellite tv in your LQ, do you have the roaming dish in the bubble on top of the trailer or the portable dish you set up outside when you get parked? My hubby would LOVE this! I always feel guilty for him having to miss his football games when he goes with me, but this would sure be nice when you're gone for a weekend or it takes hours to run the barrel race! |

Seriously. I never use my awning. Its too windy here in South Dakota and I've seen major wrecks with people putting them out and not paying attention to how windy its getting.
I won't have a dinette. We have a 3 cushion couch in our slide-out that makes into a bed. We also have a table that you can set up in front of the couch when needed.
I love my heat pump, rarely use the furnace. The heat pump is easier on the stuffy noses. BTW - a heat pump is not the same as a heat strip.
Walk thru to the stall area. I use the first stall most of the time for a mud room/feed/dirty clothes bag/beverage cooler. Nice to be able to walk from the LQ to the back. |

Location: n.c. | Oversize shower in bath. Plenty of cabinets for storage. Fridge and microwave. No stove. Mid tack with doors on both sides. I like the stock rear so the mid tack is pretty much a must. No dividers for me. That's just how I roll. Will have an a/c mounted under neck. And a propane buddy heater. I just can't tolerate a roof mount heat/ac unit. Always get sick. Will have sofa in lq, no table. |
