Thank you....she's an absolute doll! Depending on where my life is and how much growth she has over the winter, we may run her at the track, and in that case my good friend total performance would get to enjoy her for a little bit. Her dam ran out $94,000, so she ought to run a little, but I won't send her if her knees aren't closed or she doesn't have the growth. Otherwise, she i'll break her and start her on the barrels with the futurities being the goal. |

I've got one now at the house that can do that! He's our mummy's horse and allegedly pulled a cart before she bought him. I'm going to let you test that theory out.......i'll video. |

Location: ND | Herbie - 2014-10-06 1:05 PM I DO, I DO!!!!!!! I just have to brag and share what a cool girl this filly is. I've never had one that is just so grown up about everything. After one day of having to do the "stand tied by yourself becaue you're a baby", she has now joined the pack and gets to stand tied with all of the big horses. She is very much a people horse and meets me at the gate, in one week she has learned to stand tied patiently, lunge on a line without hesitation. You say whoa and she stops immediately and looks at you licking her lips. This morning my husband woke me up about 3:30 saying it was about to storm and I run out trying to get horses up before it hits. Shes the first one I go grab and we're running and going crazy, the wind is blowing, thundering and lightning and she never missed a beat. I love this girl and if all El Scorcho babies are like this, everyone who doesn't have one is going to wish they did! I'm honestly blown away with ms. Rail Ditch! Plus, she's easy on the eyes to boot!
she is beautiful and what a color... |

I can't wait until I can get my own Scorchy baby. :) You will definitely NOT regret getting one. I can't wait to see what the two that will be at the futurities in the next year or so do! Me too.... Plus, I loved that SB she sold to Kelli... I think it is a 2 yo now? She was a beauty.

So I guess I will just have to suffer through without until she wants to take a road trip to cold Montana...I mean old Montana.

Kaycee - 2014-10-06 1:32 PM Herbie - 2014-10-06 1:25 PM Kaycee - 2014-10-06 1:16 PM She is cute as the dickens Herbie!!  I'm so glad to hear how nicely she is turning out.  I have been thinking of getting an El Scorcho baby since LRQHS introduced him.  Of course, I first have to get his owner off of trying to pawn kittens on me and concentrate on colts.  Oh you must!!!!  I'd allllllllmost even take the kitty if you get a Scorcho!!!!!  Seriously though, I can't get over this filly! After that long day of traveling, she just backed off the trailer like an old rodeo horse and drank and started eating.  Only thing i've found so far that even makes her flich is fly spray. She's not too sure about that, but hey, who is.....that stuff stinks AND makes noise! LOL Hey, I'll remember you said that about the kittens!  I seriously would love an ES baby but I have 4 coming up in the wings that I have no idea how I will work all of them.  One, Perks Alive filly, just got back from the trainer.  She will be put on the pattern in a few months.  One that is a son of Heza Hero, just got back from the barrel trainer and my PC Frosty Bid colt just headed to the trainers.  I am currently riding and running two!  Boy oh boy I will be bussssy!Â
Maybe you need an additional trainer....heck i'll just sell my two that are almost ready and ride for you, LRQHS and canchasr1! And remember....I said A kitty (singular), not THE kitties (plural)!!!!
At this point I need another trainer! And I could have sworn you wrote kitties...you edited, didn't you!?!
Seriously though I am excited to see where this filly takes you. She is so cute! |
