When we brought it home, rust literally was falling down onto the ground. My husband tore it down to the frame to find a nest of lady bugs. We had lady bugs around here for months. LOL. Then one day he was welding on the frame and that night we were on the other side of the house when I could smell steaks. I thought the neighbor was having a barbeque. The next morning we discovered that a stray welding spark started all the wood he removed from the sides and the floor on fire. My husband completely rebuilt the entire trailer.
