| Im kind of glad, the paste my vet carries is so hard to get out of the tube its worthless. LOL |

    Location: lost in missouri | my guys like the orange flavored but dont care for the apple at all. I hope it is just on back order, i like the powder for at home but on the road prefer to have the tube. |

We have used tabs for years anyhow but the paste is sure easy to use (the old kind that is). That is how is in our area too. They only have the big ones and I have to use 2 hands to give it.
I always keep all forms of bute on hand. I hope if it is just on backorder they make something that is easier to give. It is hard to hold I high headed horse and used to hands to give it.
What? You mean not everyone holds the horse with one hand, grips the big, fat, hard-to-push tube with the other hand, and then uses their forehead to push the paste into the horse's mouth? |

That's the awesomest, most innovative thing I have read on here in a long time! Lol I always end up just jabbing my poor horse in the gums or side of the head.... Which makes him need more bute  |

I would probably poke my eye out....
Another option if you have to use the very hard to use stuff is to squeeze in to a dish with warm water and put it in to a 20cc syringe so it is easier to give to your horse. |
