If there's "revenge" in the works it will be Obama's obsession with amnesty for millions of illegals via executive order. The scenario is frightening. Â
Â
ahhhh but with two out of the three "ruling bodies" the senate and reps can at least start injunctions and stall presidential mandates right? So if O decides to run the amnesty idea through, the GOP can threaten impeachment, right?
Or did I just mess up all the HS civics I can remember?? |

That is what I want to know too - at what point can our Congress do something to either stop him or impeach him.... I'm not all that up to date on procedure .

I do believe that starting either impeachment or "stalling" tactics was part of the necessity of the GOP taking back the senate in this race.
(obviously among other things, like lets have a Republican president again please) |

Well, you can take the “Fast and Furious” Contempt of Court plan out of the equation. They just turned over a bunch of documents the other day. |

Maybe...just maybe, Obama's election in 2008 was just what we needed to get us all to wake up. Obama just might go down in history as the best thing to happen to the GOP since Ronald Reagan.
I don't believe for one minute that people voted for the Republicans yesterday...What they did was vote against Obama. We need to hold the Republicans feet to the fire and move forward. I'm sure Obama can't wait to get his pen out to veto what's going to start crossing his desk but at least these bills will get off of Reid's desk. |

I voted for Republicans. Democrats are obsessed with big government and handouts........hence Obamacare. None of the Republican Congressman voted for this debacle. It's why it was passed in the middle of the night behind closed doors.

Double like!! I agree with what Kevin Sorbo said on FB today:
"Okay Republicans. You won. Now do something that makes a difference. Both sides need an overhaul and they need to wake up to serve the people, not themselves. I totally understand the frustrations of of Americans on all political fronts. DO SOMETHING DC!" |

I predict that the 11th hour pardons and clemency on this president's last night will be more surprising and repugnant than ever imagined. |
