I think it is just the most Amazing thing... You start with a white board... Spray paint it black.... then carefully.. with the right tools... Scratch away the black paint in the right places to expose the highlights of what you want people to see.. This one is so spectacular because she did the the individual hairs.. I've never seen anything like it.. You would be correct! I do buy the boards already painted but other than that your right on.
