barrel_racer10 - 2015-01-02 4:57 PM just rented 22 jump street and sex tape! Me and the boyfriend need a good laugh!! heard these were pretty good!!!!
We laughed hysterically at Sex Tape.... That's the funniest thing I've seen in years. Made it 20 min into 22 Jump Street and couldn't handle anymore, I thought it was really awful.
this is how the night went for us too. Sex tape was well worth it, great movie, very funny!!!! 22 jump street not so much made it about half hour then the movie started skipping and we just turned it off was pretty stupid and disappointing. |

We've got Amazon Prime and unlimited internet, been playing around with some of the things on there. I want to see Gone Girl, the book was really good.
Have you read her other two? I just finished Dark Places and can't wait to start Sharp Objects! |

Bad grandpa
Really? Me and my husband both liked Jackass (the tv show and the movies) but we thought Bad Grandpa was awful. Maybe we're just fuddy duddies now LOL. I still have a crush on Johnny Knoxville though |

I did, it's been a few years. I didn't think the other two books lived up to Gone Girl, good entertainment, just not in it's class. I just finished the last Ken Follet book Edge of Eternity, it was outstanding. |

Location: Blissfully happy Giants fan!!! | lol-I must be the odd one out. I read Gone Girl and thought it was the worst ending to a book ever and of the ending isnt good then it is all over for me. I refuse to watch the movie-jeard the ending was even worsein the movie too.
I have now seen all three Hobbits. That really isnt my type of movie but it is my husbands (interestingly enough the OLD Star Wars are some of my favorite movies ever) but he wanted to see them. i liked the first movie but didnt care for the next two. He says if I liked the first one I would really like the Lord of the Rings. Dont care to try.
He also made me watch the Lego Movie...that stupid song will never leave my head.
I watched Malefecent the other day, pretty decent movie.
I LOVE the How to Train Your Dragon movies. So cute! |

It's been a year since I read Gone Girl, so I can't really try to compare it to her others. I'll have to look into Ken Follet!
sassy&tessa: I think that's her writing style.... To end things before we think they should be ended!! Very abruptly, lol! |

In preparation for the last one, I just watched the first two again. I found the last one online but it's in Russian. At least I'm up to date again...I don't know if all of you have watched Avatar.. I held off for a long time because of all the CG stuff. I was really impressed with it tho. They are making 3 more. Production was set to begin late last year so I expect the first one to come the end of this year. |

Location: USA | Unbroken is very good. My sons went to see the Hobbit movie and they loved it, as usual. I have enjoyed all the LOTR movies, but haven't seen the newest. I have heard American Sniper is good. In DVD we watched "When the Game Stands Tall" . It's a good clean movie. True story. Unbroken was great, no bad language. But it was a little tough to watch all he went through, but definitely makes you appreciate the service of war veterans.

Location: Arkansas | Moms Night Out was very funny. I know it is older but I just watched Soul Surfer last week and it was very good. I am impatiently waiting on American Sniper. The Expendables movies are entertaining. In the same theme, Red and Red 2 are good. I want to see When The Game Stands Tall. |

Location: Near Kaufman, TX | W have Amazon Prime and Netflix, but we still rent from Redbox. Some of our favorites we've seen recently in theater or rented: Lone Survivor, 22 Jump Street, Sex Tape, Exodus, Unbroken, Into the Storm, When the Game Stands Tall, Equilizer, and November Man to name a few.
Do NOT rent Tammy! I compare that to Dumb and Dumber. We also didn't care for A Singe Shot and Covert Operation. |

Location: Texas | I have you seen The Switch ? Its from 2010, but it's pretty funny and free on prime! I love Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman so if you like them I'm sure you'll like this one...
I think I'm renting Sex Tape tonight, which I really think they should have named it something else since I think more people would have gone to see it if it didn't sound like you were going to watch a porno, imo anyways. Lol |
