Prayers for you, I just had to put my first horse down on Dec 12th. There are no words to describe it. I just pray for peace and comfort for you.

Location: 31 lengths farms | Sending prayers for strength for you and Vinny. Jetta will never be very far away from you. I lost my first horse 16 years ago and my second mare 8, and to this day when I pull out of the driveway with the horse trailer I honk to them as a way to ask them to watch over us and then I honk to say thank you when we pull in. Its comforting now, knowing that Ginger & Rio watches over us. |

| I am so sorry it hurts so much to lose them. I lost my favorite mare 3 yrs ago I sometimes still look to the broodmare pasture and expect to see her. She is buried by my studs pen next to our hay stacks I always give her a hello Mercy when I am out there. |

| I am so so sorry for your loss. I lost my best buddy back in September and for a few weeks considered getting out of horses because it hurt so bad to see them standing there without him. My other horses also spent that first day calling for him, which ripped me to pieces. As the days go on, it does get a little easier to go on, but the pain is always there. She was obviously very loved and you both were lucky to have each other. Hugs to you! |
