My Giant Schanuzer flew in from Washington DC to Midland.  I think it was about $300.  You have to have an approved crate and health certificate.  I am sure the rates have changed, but this dog is smaller and that would save some.  I used American Airlines.  There are temperature restrictions, but this would be a good time of the year.  Not too hot, not too cold.  I shipped in August and he had to get a 4 am flight to get to me before temps got too high.

Awwww.....thanks guys! I ran it by hubby and he is just not ready to bring another baby into our lives. I even showed him the pictures and I saw a little tear. For a big gruff man, he was very attached to Pistol.

He's still in need! Thanks for all your shares and comments, keep them coming! He really needs a lap and a snuggle blanket, not just one borrowed!

This is a very calm, quiet, and sweet 10 month old mixed breed chihuahua that desperately needs a home. He's currently bunking with us in our camper in Three Rivers, but we can figure out transport. He loves people so much and just wants to be on your lap and your sweet buddy. Please help! He's very healthy, neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, ready to go. Comes with kennel, toys, and food. He lost his foster home yesterday and I couldn't see him go to the shelter.

Is he housebroke? Does he like cats? I can't have him but maybe that will help someone else decide. ;)

He is very housebroken! I don't think he's ever been around cats, so he has a blank slate there, he's ready to be taught. He's crate trained, likes riding in the pickup, doesn't bark, has a great appetite, and is just plain ready for a home.
He is a little bit more timid than some, but really really loves sitting in your lap. He follows me everywhere as I feed, loves walks, and loves playing with my little dog. They run and play like crazy! He's a pretty neat little dog!

I am in Fort Smith, AR and if we could somehow get a puppy train closer I would give him a home. I have a little jack russell/chihuaha mix now that needs a good buddy
