No grain - I feed renew gold and alfalfa.  Progressive ProAdd is also another great choice- a concentated feed.  It sounds expensive but yu only feed 1 cup am and pm- has all their nutrients.  Feed ot or the renew gold with soaked molasses free beet pulp for more calories if needed.  I have not fed a grain for 4 years.
