I'm definitely torn between Channing and Ft. Davis. I found a Café in Channing, Cowgirl Café. Sounds interesting and the food looks great on their facebook page. One of the things I love most about the fun I get to have, is the research. Thanks again.

Better get here early, the Cowgirl closes at 3:00. Yes I am one of the Channing folk! XIT museum here and Bob loves to talk to people about it.
