I have 2 that I refuse to sell for the exact same reasons. In the wrong hands, they potentially could kill someone, or the thought of them being abused further keeps them here. Both are beautiful animals. One is broodmare sound only due to her abuse and the other has taken 2-3 years to get his trust issues resolved. Humans made them this way and I feel a bigger responsibility keeping them safe. I'm not in the buying/selling business aspect, so it's not a business deal for me.

If she is that unpredictable I wouldn't let anyone handle her on your property for liability reasons. Speaking strictly from a business standpoint - I'd have a contract drawn up and reviewed by an attorney so you cannot be held liable from anything that happens once she leaves your property.
