You would need a gramma request to get this legally where it is a civil matter. So are you stirring the pot?!?!?!!?! LOL No I'm not are you!!!!!!!! How would I be stirring the pot??? Maybe you are!!!! Civil court documents are not open to the public, you have to go through proceedures to get it. Not just go to the court and ask for it. Get your panties out of a bunch.....geez LOL! I feel inclined to give a lesson in true pot stirring.
Wasn't it on Facebook though? So, however it was "got", its out there now. |

| TXBO - 2015-10-28 3:24 PM Angel Wings - 2015-10-28 12:54 PM I apologize for stirring the pot or potty. I am interested in equine law and will be using this particular case in the future and will be attending law school based upon my previous LSAT, am retaking only to improve my chances at scholarship. Congratulations and best of luck in your further education. Let us know your thoughts on the case when you get the documents. I don't think you're stirring the pot at all. Reviewing sworn documents is not even close to gossip.
Thank you, I started at FB looking for answers but when I asked questions I was received unfair backlash. Looking for the judgement and the comments of the judgement and that is all. I appreicate that you are not slamming me. |

Even though several threads have been deleted, I would bet that a civil thread that simply provided sworn documents with facts would be allowed. The administrators appear to support truth. They don't like innuendo.
I wish more kids today would take your approach and actually read sworn documents to form their opinions. Today everyone reads the first article that Google pulls up and considers that their fact checking.

The way you break yourself of that is to google something you know a lot about and see how much BS pops up on the first page. |

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one....I don't like to be pompous, but I can't believe most people don't know that court papers are often public knowledge. Most news outlets no longer do what they're supposed to do anymore (you know, REPORT NEWS), which often leads to incorrect information being spread around.

Their was a dispute over the ownership of Movin between Christy Loflin and another party. The courts have ruled that the other party is the sole legal owner of Movin. |

Just an FYI Civil court documents are public and anyone can request them. You just have to contact the Court to request them and pay a copy fee. And I know this because I work for the Court. |
