Soooooo, care to educate the class as to WHY your looking for such a stud? So we know if it really matters and we can pull up examples of type? Other wise, if there is no point, then in all reality, there is no point on our part to help locate such a stud.

RoaniePonie11 - 2015-12-20 8:18 PM just saying but who cares WHY she wants to see some. I think that's her business. If you don't know of a stud that fits the description, move on......
Why does it matter? Because if there was a specific reason, (here there isn't) I would try to help a fellow board buddy by doing some research. This is why it matter to me If there is no reason, there is no reason for me to waste my time searching.
I get what you are saying. That to me is like saying I won't talk to you about what kind of car is nicest unless your going to buy one. Skinds like the OP just wanted to have the conversation, not have to commit to anything just to talk about it.

Ummm, people were trying to talk to her about it.  She asked a weird question, the got rude when people attempted to talk about it.  She sounds kind of like a "know it all" that doesn't know much.  I'm not "Buddy hurt",  just think rude people should be called out. . .personally your description doesn't even make any sense.

I went looking for her and checked out the studs here on the ads and found some short back but super nice, I wanted to see what else she was looking for then reread her ad and got to thinking what the heck is she wanting,  so yes I wanted to know more of what she was asking.  But then I woke up and saw that she was just messing around and not serious so why in the Heck did I waste my time at trying to find that stud for her? Then calling us butt hurt over her question, how old are you OP?

Chasin97canz - 2015-12-20 1:43 PM Shortest backed (non halter) stud around? Big boned, neck tie in high, long hip, slim face. Ok I want to look past the ideal quarter horse! I want a stud that's over done in ideal! To the point that it's not entirely ideal anymore to many people. Also any on the taller side? Now I'm not necessarily planning on breeding to a stud like this for sure. But I'm super curious of these studs that are almost the the point of rediculessness. And the only studs I ever see that fit that description are halter horses lol
Check out the Stallion service here on BHW theres plenty of nice ones.

Although the OP didn't word her question very well she mentions halter horses and wanting to know if there are barrel studs out there who are "overdone".
Halter horses have become hideous looking and "overdone" in regards to their conformation. Over muscled, overweight, post legged, tiny feet, HYPP positive, unable to perform any actual riding manuevers, etc etc...
I'm GUESSING the OP is asking if any barrel sires are this way in some way shape or form? Studs with poor conformation? I don't know!?

C'mon guys.. Just leave it alone now. Guessing by the 97 in her username, she's probably under 18. I'm sure you all were young once and said or did something stupid. I'm guessing she understands her mistake by now.

Really, IMO, there are lessons to be learned here….we (who were confused) learned what “Derped” meant….LOL…..and the OP learned that when you ask ambiguous questions, people are going to ask for clarity……so don’t snarly……or get “butty hurt” as SHE so aptly put it……

AND being "under 18" is NO excuse..........

You guys seem pretty mean. Put your claws away, dang. I went back and re-read what the OP posted and I didn't see anything rude. I think some people on here took some things to heart and started spitting fire. If you get upset because you spent 10 mins looking for some studs for someone that in the end was just honestly curious about them then don't look the horses up in the first place. I think its weirdly heartless to get THAT upset over wasting a few minutes of your time simply to have a conversation with someone. I guess those of you that look at it that way have time MUCH more valuable than mine. I don't think it was immature for someone to want to talk about, discuss or look at terribly built horses lol. I think its a topic of conversation.... not an insult. I just don't understand where everyone started getting insulted by the thread.

If your time is valuable enough to act this way over looking up a few studs to talk about, don't go looking things up for people anymore because the moment they don't use whatever information you have found you are going to upset and be angry with them over it. The OP did not request that anyone go out of their way to do anything. Those that did, did it willingly, then got upset.

The reaction to this post blows my mind a little.

Who cares what derped means. She obviously wants all of this to go away due to how bad the response was. Simple conversation turned roast.
