Here they can't keep anything stocked reliably. Stores are run poorly and their distribution seems to be run poorly too. It's not just feed, but everything they carry. That is what it's like here anyway. The store here is the same way very undependable and very poorley ran... I never go to the east one here but go to the west one once in a while. It is dirty and gross - I'm surprised they stay in business. The store here in town is just tacky, its ran very bad I hate going in that store, its like pulling teeth to get me to go there, lol. Now the one in New Braunfels is super nice and they keep alot on hand and if you do have to order something its there within a few days. Its very clean and professional..I know off topic here, sorry..
I would do this because I much prefer my local feed store that I buy her grain from now, and they even ordered some at the same time I ordered mine from TS and got theirs in like the next week. BUT I just can't afford $47 a bag... I asked if they would price match TS and they were going to but when I showed them the price they said they were paying more a bag then the $29 TS sells it for.....

Location: NC | winwillows - 2016-01-18 5:35 PM You can imagine my frustration with the current Tractor Supply situation. First of all, I checked on Friday, and there are over 7000 bags of Renew Gold in the distribution channels East of the Rocky Mountains. There is absolutely no reason for any store that orders Renew Gold from their regional distributor not to have it. Tractor Supply did clearly underestimate the demand, and they say that they are working on larger orders all the time. On the stores that do not have automatic replacement, which is most of them right now, the customer has to rely on store managers to see that Renew Gold is ordered, and that there is enough to have a reserve on the shelf. In most places they are getting better, but if they are not, please call us and we will help. Thanks for the support that you have shown for our product. 855 377 3639, or call Manna Pro customer service (they are awesome) at (800) 690-9908 ext 705 for your closest store.
Thanks for the numbers I may need to give Manna Pro a call. |

I just leap frogged my little feed store, who I think has been doing a good job. There are 400 bags of RG at the DC in Arkansas. The guy was very nice and even let me know what the next order showed. I'm beyond ****ed. I called the lady at the feed store and let her know what was in inventory and I'm pretty sure I got her fired up. I order 11 at a time and they only had 7 scheduled for the next run. They would have lost me as a customer if that's all that arrived. I like supporting the small store but DANG. I have to have feed for my horses.
I don't know what the breakdown is but she better get it straightened out or I may dust off my EIN number and start selling feed myself... |

| After reading all of the great comments on here about it, I went to my TSC, that is literally .5 mile from my house. and asked if they could order it and if they would be willing to. Of course they said yes, and they took my information, said they order from that supplier on Thursdays (this was a Sunday or Monday before the week of Christmas), and they said due to the holidays and messed up deliveries, they'd order it that Thursday (within 3-4 days) and it would take about 3 weeks to arrive. Well, it's Jan 19, and I haven't received it yet. I call every week and ask if it arrived, and they always tell me no. They say "it's on the order, not sure why it didn't come on the truck"....so I'm very frustrated with them (TSC, not RG). |

| Getting it at the TSC local to me was pulling teeth ... then they'd get 10 bags in and badger me that I only wanted/ordered 4 but they wanted me to pay for all 10 citing "we don't have a spot to store this feed". The customer service is horrible .... the next nearest feed store to buy RG is at least 90 mins away and I can't make that work. After 2 years of faithfully trying to work with them, I'm done. We don't even buy our livestock feed or supplies there anymore.

| Well, we finally got the first 5 bags of Renew Gold from TSC, and they gave us a bag for free.
Another TSC ordered some for us (we didn't realize it), we told them to put it out on the floor and that we didn't know they ordered it for us.
Original TSC we ordered from still has not gotten our last order that we did when we picked up the originial 5 bags and that was a month and a half ago....so now we are going to the other TSC to buy the 5 bags they ordered for us on accident.
We plan on just ordering from both of these stores and praying that between the 2 we have a steady flow. If I didn't like the feed so much we would be looking else where. I just really believe this is one of the best feeds on the market. I can't walk away from it! LOL I look at the ingredients of other feeds and really just don't like what they have compared to the Renew Gold. |

Location: Willows, CA | We are working every day to get Tractor Supply stores that currently stock Renew Gold to pay more attention to their inventory. There are some steps being taken that should eliminate much of this issues soon. As a horse person myself, I would not put up with a store that is chronically out of the feed that I have based my diet around. Please call us for help if you find yourself in this situation, and we will do whatever it takes to see that you can get Renew Gold when and where you need it. This is a place where the value of independent feed stores who's employees understand the needs of horse owners really shines. If you need help on the West Coast the number to call is 855-377-3639. If you are East of the Rocky Mountains there are two contacts that are divided basically by the Mississippi River. Western sector is Lisa at 800-690-9908 ext 774. East of the Mississippi would be Kat at 800-690-9908 ext 705. There is real help here from Lisa and Kat. Hang in there, RG is working hard to get consistent availability everywhere. |

I contacted Kat who basically told me to try and contact TS customer service. Did that too... Didn't sound very promising but keeping my fingers crossed.... |

Location: SE Missouri | I'm beyond ticked about my situation. I'm probably going to switch feeds Bc of it and I don't want to.. This is an issue between the feed store and DC rep. I'm tired of it. I'm going to call the DC directly one more time Bc that guy seemed sincerely interested in helping me. It makes no sense to get it at another store when it is the exact same DIstribution Center sales rep.. Err. |

Location: Not where I should be... | My store has been truly wonderful about getting it in for me. I think it really just depends on the people working at the store to make all the difference. I discovered the other day that the TSC website allows you to look and see what stores around you have it in stock... pretty handy. |

I have had no problems with my TSC. They order 10 bags at a time and I just pick up 4 which last me about a month. Itpick up the rest a month later and I place an order right than. I call back 2 weeks later to make sure its on order and 90% of the time its in the store. They are really working with me and I appreciate it. Right now its like a custom order and I appreciate their hard work. I just picked up my last 4 bags and will call in two weeks. Good luck its been worth the run around. |

Location: Golden Gulf Coast of Texas | I'm finally getting mine on a timely basis from my TSC but still stress over it. They usually hold mine in the back. I go every weekend and pick up 2 bags even tho I usually have 2-3 at my barn. What puzzles me is why the local feed stores have to pay so much and then pass it on to us? I had 2 stores tell me this and their price is $46 per bag. Why is this Winwillows? Very frustrating! |

The MannaPro rep I talked to said local stores have to get my it from other distributors and not directly from them and that was why the higher price..... But not sure why they can't buy directly from company? |

| I have 4 TSC Stores within a 50 mile radius of me and they are all awesome!
Keep in mind that it is probably not TSCs fault that they don't have a product in stock. They are also at the mercy of their supplier/manufacturer and can only do what they can do. :)
Sounds like the manufacturer is having problems to me. |

Manufacturing isn't the issue in my area.. There are 400 bags sitting at DC in stock that the store and sales rep can't get their crap together.. I think they have also stated they literally have thousands of bags in the DC inventories so again not manufacturing issue. |

They better before it gets old.. thats why I wouldnt switch to a Line of feed that I cant get regularly.. sometimes dependability is better option .. for me anyway.. |
